"Still waiting for refund for meal deal. Not within promised 5 days ..."

Location good. Advertised parking discount nonexistent. Room sufficient, except no fridge and only 1 comfortable chair. Restaurant closed for 2nd night with no explanation from staff. They were quite curt when we asked about the "kitchen closed" sign. We had pre paid meal deal and were promised a refund within 5 yes FIVE days. It's now day 8 and no refund. I would stay elsewhere...

"Clean, efficient, comfortable."

This feels like a self service hotel experience but everything was clean, efficient, comfortable. It was easy and straightforward. Located close to shopping and restaurants and beautiful views of the Tay. Second time staying here and I’d be happy to stay again.

"Disappointing Stay"

The rooms were clean, great location and comfortable but too many small cutbacks in the rooms. We couldn't have dinner both nights 1st night no chefs, restaurant was closed 2nd night we had to have a meal deal before we could eat but as we were leaving early we didn't want breakfast therefore we couldn't get served. Very poor on the dining front also not much choice of beers. Very disappointed with our stay and becoming a very expensive budget hotel.

"No food!"

Room was fine but very limited bar hours and no food available. We would not have stayed if we had been informed. We booked so we could eat prior to going to the theatre and to be able to get a drink after. We could do neither. We would have cancelled had we known beforehand.

"North Northumberland"

We stayed at the premier inn Dundee which we have stayed at before As my partner of 30 odd years has MS it ideal for us But because of the change made by premier in bosses It has made it impossible for the staff at the premier inn Dundee to full deliver the standard of service they would like to customers All the staff we met where fantastic and did there utmost for us.It make you think what are the bosses of premier inn doing with the profits

Hotel description

The River Tay is right in front of the hotel, and a great stay is stretching out ahead of you too, at Premier Inn Dundee Centre. We're just five minutes walk from all the shops, and close to the lively concerts at Slessor Gardens on the waterfront too. Scott's Discovery Ship is waiting for you in the harbour, and there are plenty of other discoveries to be made. What about a round of golf at legendary St Andrews? Or a fascinating trip to the Sensation Science Centre? If you’re looking to explore the lowlands while you’re here, there’s also great transport links get you there in no time. Then come back for some delicious food in our Premier Inn restaurant and a great night's sleep in our extra-comfy beds.
