Greenock hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at the premier inn greenock every thing was excellent But what made my 5 day stay even better was the excellent effort from the staff especially Carla and calvia in the restaurant. Rooms spotless and reception so helpful 👏 😀 food was also excellent 👌

Fab stay! George was a great help when my heating wouldn't work, he brought me a portable one. Great service

Upon arrival in reception greeted by a horrendous smell. Check in seamless and friendly Room was really unclean and really disappointed. Bathroom not cleaned well and carpets felt like they were sticking to my feet. Did not dare take shoes off in bedroom. Only saving grace was the friendly Ness of staff and the extremely profession Al breakfast manager. Won't be going back to any Premier Inn after that

A budget friendly hotel on the Greenock docks. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice view of the Clyde and dockside from the rooms. Breakfast quality was average. Free on-site parking.

Spent 2 weeks here - overall, the hotel is OK. Room is somewhat clean, although there were cobwebs in the bathroom. The walls are PAPER thin and if you’re on the ground floor, you can hear every foot step from the room above My main issue was the restaurant attached to the hotel. When the Eastern European staff member (I don’t know his name) and the female staff member from the midlands are working, the service is perfect. When the two young blonde girls were working, my food order was wrong almost every time. On one of the nights my food came frozen. they also spend most of their time chatting at the bar. The atmosphere is poor. No music or anything in the restaurant. The breakfast is nice though. WiFi is shockingly bad, even the premium one which is £6 per 24 hours. And the phone signal is 2 bars of 4g at all times. I would stay again but only if the place was updated a bit
