      "Week break in Scotland"
Nice clean room with good bathroom including a shower, staff were friendly and helpful too. Not too far from Glasgow either so helped as we were commuting back and forth every day. Good size car park too but remember to put your car reg in at reception.
      "Trip to Glasgow"
We spent 3 nights and the staff could not have been nicer. There are building works currently taking place to improve the dining area and add more rooms but as usual Premier Inn met our expectations and we slept soundly after three busy days in Glasgow.
      "No facilities lack of communication"
Lack of information regarding work being carried out at the hotel. I emailed three times regarding the late information there would be no restaurant or breakfast available. I eventually contacted head office with no help whatsoever. I emailed the hotel again to say that I have coeliac disease and would I also receive the free breakfast to suit my dietary needs! No answer, emailed again, no answer I stopped emailing as I realised I would not receive any response from the staff! When we arrived, I asked why I didn’t receive any communication regarding the matter of lack of facilities and the breakfast, the lady was very nice, but could not answer why I didn’t get any communication. I was then told there would be no food catered for me in the morning, so everyone would have breakfast except me! In the morning, I thought I will have a coffee, the machine had no milk, I went to speak to reception but the staff member had his eyes closed with his head in his hands, I binned the cup and left! Such a shame I have visited this hotel in the past and had lunch here with friends, I was told there was an alert informing bookers about the lack of facilities- three couples booked on the same day none of us were alerted to the lack of facilities. There should be a reduction of cost if you can only provide a fraction of what should be offered!
"Worst hotel stay in years! Do not stay!"
The hotel warned of construction work from 8-6 - that’s not true. The restaurant and bar are out of action but we were forewarned. Trucks arrived outside our window throughout the night and at 5am works were ongoing! The complimentary continental breakfast was an apple (only thing left) and a squashed croissant. The hot water boiler was Luke warm. I am so disappointed after the call I made to complaints team as directed by reception staff to raise the issue of the hotels construction work causing us a terrible disrupted sleep. They claimed it was due to external noise so will not be considered for refund yet the noise was caused by their construction work not sticking to scheduled forewarned hours instead arriving at night! The complimentary breakfast was non existent and overall the stay was so very poor. The bath had hair all around it too but I didn’t even bother to raise that - do not stay!!!
      "Terrible"
Trip was a disaster. Staff surly and rude. No hot breakfast available which we were not made aware of until we arrived. No offer of a discount for the lack of paid for hot breakfast. Had to leave a night early with family (including 9yo and 11yo) to travel the 5 hours trip home (arrived 3am!) having been made to feel completely unwelcome, embarrassed, and ashamed because we had been unable to settle our daughter who has autism and was disturbing other guests.
