Glasgow Stepps (M80, J3) hotel

Just pulled up at Premier In. Stepps with no charge left in car at 23:00. If I plug in it will charge full by 3am then charge me an overstay. I called their helpline to see if any overnight rate until 7am but not. Left it unplugged and will have to find somewhere else in morning. Won’t ever stay at a Premier Inn again with these chargers. Absolutely useless

Have stayed here several times before as it’s conveniently just off the motorway and has free car parking. I had checked in online the day before and was able to pick up my room key from the self service kiosk. I had a room on the third floor which is accessed via a lift or stairs. Rooms have been refurbished and updated. They now have usb sockets next to the bed and adjustable reading lights. Bathrooms have been updated with beautiful walk in showers with both a rainfall and body wash option. Only complaint was that the shower pressure was not great. Bed super comfy and had one of the best hotel sleeps. Booked this last minute to break up a long journey and was glad I did. Felt refreshed after my stay.

Overnight stay to attend the local speedway. Lovely girl checked us in, very friendly. Had one of the refurbished rooms, was very nice and had one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast next door at The Social was lovely and again the young man staff member was very friendly and welcoming. No complaints from me.

“Refund was incorrectly processed on departure at checkout. As a result of this, I’m still waiting for my refund of over £200 almost 4 weeks later! I have made numerous calls, emails and messaged Premier Inn via their Social Media platforms and they state it’s been re-processed yet again plus information very conflicted. Avoid at all costs - terrible experience. I’ve now contacted my bank to pursue my refund. Very unprofessional company.

Absolute shambles ........ doing revamp on the hotel .... only hotel all around the world I have stayed that after a hard days work you cant get a drink as the tills where down unless you bought meal deal ??? then only 1 drink with meal ???? they have my card details and run a tab its not rocket science so many people were unhappy .......
