Glasgow Stepps (M80, J3) hotel

Room lovely and spacious. Breakfast was awful though. Croissants and pastries were half cooked and were basically wet batter in the middle. Had to ask for scrambled eggs, which were tasteless. Nobody around to complain to and I was quite put off by that point anyway. Coffee was not too bad. I cut my stay short to be honest, partly because I wasn’t feeling it. Shame really as I use premier inna quite often.

This place is on a industrial unit area there are no places to go and have lunch bar resteraunt only opens at 5 till whenever the staff get bored then shuts a/ c in the room not working

Reception staff were really helpful. Room was clean and great WiFi signal. We had a stressful day and it was good to have a quiet stay with food on-site.

So we stayed here for a long weekend at the end of May .we had two rooms the room my daughter was staying in was flooded from the room upstairs in the early hours of Saturday 30/05/2026. Went to reception and was accompanied back to the room by a member of staff who informed us that the room was unusable but they had no spare rooms .so my daughter spent the night on a sofa in our room next day they found her a room which was fair enough staff told us to contact customer service which we did they said nothing they could do until we had checked out and they had confirmed with management at the hotel that the incident actually happened.This is were customer service turned diabolical I tried calling them messaging them and no reply eventually 4 weeks later I spoke with a person who told me that the room never flooded and I had basically made it up.so I contacted the hotel directly they took my details confirmed that the flood occurred and they promised customer service would contact me fast forward a week no contact.I messaged again was told the gentleman would review the case and contact me shortly 24hours later no contact and now they will not respond to my messages

Good location just off motorway so handy when travelling north via Glasgow route. The room we stayed in had a lot of traffic noise which was quite annoying. The hotel initially gave off the impression it was clean but on closer inspection it really wasn’t that clean. The staff were friendly though, and the room was cheap so served the purpose of an over night stay during a long drive.
