    Good clean rooms. Very friendly staff both in the hotel and restaurant. Rooms are more than adequate. Foods very good with no long waiting time

    Fantastic people on the desk. Receptionist very nice and smiling. Reception looks very old but very clean. Usually premier inn are not so clean 😉. Here high standard with cleaning ☺️

    All good, location, room. The team perfect 💙 all receptionist should be like the team from PI motherwell. Table for the dinner booked and taxi by Ewelina. Nightshift lady very nice 👌 a little expensive stay but we will be back 😘
    "Arrived to unmade room"
    Booked a twin room for an additional ÂŁ5, arrived to a room with a double bed and an unmade sofa bed. When reported to reception I was told where to find the bedding in the room and was handed sheets and pillowcases to make the bed up myself!
