"Terrible"
We have been before however this time it was awful. Firstly the staff were friendly..the only positive.
There was no draught beer at all for our stay (3 nights)
No fish dishes available from the menu at all
My meal night 1 was not cooked properly. Chicken goujons only partially hot, the rest cold..was told "they are already cooked through"..I insisted on a refund
No cooked breakfast day 1...we didn't bother trying on day 2
The bedroom had a musty smell and dusty in places
The outside area is dirty, rubbish strewn
One star ..given for the reception staff..otherwise no stars if that were possible

Joe on reception and Christy in the restaurant were both professional and helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms were quiet.

"Before starting the WHW"
It was a decent hotel with everything you needed. Breakfast was decent and check-in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good for a night before starting the West Highland Way hike.
