    "Business trip to the Central Belt"
    Really enjoyed my stay at the Hamilton Premier Inn. Exceptional assistance and help from Joanne and Nicole. The girls were brilliant. Thank you
    "Not the stay youd expect from Premier inn!"
    After a long day at work I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception who promptly checked me in. This is unfortunately where things go down hill. I opened the door to my room to be greeted by a strange smell. Didn't think to much of it. Over all cleanliness of the room was shocking not what you expect from a premier inn room at all. Carpets had most definitely not been vacuumed and sides not wiped down. Bathroom was ok however attention to detail was not there! Crust around the tops of both the hand soap bottle and the shower gel. Went downstairs to dinner (which was lovely, just as youd expect and staff where amazing) with colleagues and I was out the room for a good few hours. Arriving back in the room the strange smell was still present. However its gone 10pm all I wanted to do was sleep. Air-conditioning starts making a noise brilliant! Had to turn this off in order to sleep. Tossing and turning in bed trying to get comfy when I noticed the mattress had a massive dip one side like someone had been ben ridden for past 6 years and the other side not much better! A sleepless night before a day at work not ideal and most definitely not what you expect from a premier inn. The staff are great and will do anything to help. If you find yourself in the same situation. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures but I did complain this morning.

    I stay in Hamilton premier inn regularly and the rooms are spotless and reception are really friendly robina and the rest of the reception team goes above and beyond to ensure I have a good stay

    Stayed for 1 night as a family of 4 to break the journey, was met by Joanne on reception who was very welcoming and kindly offered to store our bikes overnight much to our relief. Really enjoyed our stay and such a pleasure to feel welcomed after such a long day. Room was perfect and we all enjoyed the breakfast.

We’re just a five-minute walk from Hamilton high street and Regent and New Cross shopping centres, with regular 30-minute trains from Hamilton Central station to Glasgow city centre. Take a stroll through nearby Strathclyde Country Park or visit M&D Scotland’s Theme Park and visit Scotland’s indoor rainforest, Amazonia. Enjoy a delicious meal at our in-house Beefeater restaurant, and after a great day out in Hamilton look forward to a restful sleep on one of our super-comfy beds.
