"You only get what you give!"
You know what you're getting! Large room, super-comfy bed and pretty quiet all the time. Room has plenty of space, nice TV, good wi-fi and pretty clean. The thing that swings it is the price - not city centre, no major events nearby so VERY acceptable! FoH staff super friendly and super efficient. No Restaurant, but chain across the car park - no breakfast though!

"Not The Best!"
Having stayed here a number of times this place seems to be getting worse each time I’m afraid.
In my room the TV would only work on 1 and 2, plus the bathroom sink plug was jammed closed.
I was moved to a nearby room but the hassle and inconvenience was not overly welcomed to be totally honest, especially after a long day and significant drive!

"Extremely Disappointing Stay"
Unfortunately, our recent stay was quite disappointing.
Upon arrival and throughout our stay, we found the reception staff to be unwelcoming and lacking professionalism.
The condition of the room was below acceptable standards. There were visible spiders and cobwebs in multiple areas, along with noticeable dust on the curtains and light fixtures, suggesting that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly or had not been used for some time. Additionally, there was a persistent damp and unpleasant smell throughout the room.
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, with springs protruding through the mattress, making it difficult to rest properly.
In one of our rooms, the toilet was blocked, and flushing caused the water level to rise alarmingly, which is clearly a maintenance issue that should have been addressed prior to guest arrival.
At checkout, I shared photos of the cleanliness issues (including spiders, cobwebs, and dust) with the receptionist when asked about our stay.
Overall, the experience fell well below expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
