Glasgow East Kilbride Central hotel

usually love staying at Premier Inn because it is reliable, but the food at this location has completely gone downhill thanks to the new chef, Gary I Believe.It is incredibly disappointing because the front-of-house staff were very sweet and kept apologizing for the delays, but Gary clearly has no idea what he is doing in that kitchen. Premier Inn needs to fix this immediately because right now, Gary is ruining what is usually a great breakfast and dinner spot the food was shocking. Avoid eating here until they get someone else on the grill!

Very good location would use again. Comfortable stay Would certainly use again if in the area. Staff excellent and friendly.

Went to see family in East Kilbride stayed in Brunel way premier Inn. Rooms were lovely, staff were so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Megan who was extremely attentive

Excellent customer service. I had experience problems with my booking, which was done to the booking agent my company used. Ross at the front desk was brilliant at sorting the booking out for me. Megan at breakfast was delightful and very friendly. Thanks team for a very pleasant stay.

Honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. The condition of the rooms was shocking and, quite frankly, unacceptable. The standard was nowhere near what I would expect from a Premier Inn, and it seriously needs attention. A hotel room should be clean, presentable and well maintained, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. Another major issue was the behaviour of some members of staff. I overheard staff openly speaking badly about other colleagues, which I found incredibly unprofessional. These conversations were loud enough for guests to hear and created a very poor impression of the hotel and its staff. Whatever personal or workplace issues exist between colleagues, guests should not be made to listen to them. That being said, I don't want to overlook the staff who actually did make a positive impression. The food was genuinely very good, and the chef deserves credit for that. The front-of-house staff were also fantastic — friendly, helpful and professional, and they were probably the biggest positive of the whole experience. It's frustrating because there are clearly staff here who care about doing a good job, but the shocking condition of the rooms and the lack of professionalism from some staff really let the hotel down. There is a lot of room for improvement, and I would hope management takes these issues seriously rather than allowing them to continue.
