Very Disappointing Stay I have stayed at Premier Inn hotels before and have generally found them to be good quality, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. The room was not up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. There was a lot of dust in the room, the carpet was not properly cleaned, and the curtains were also covered in dust. I have photos showing the condition of the room. There was also a problem with the extractor fan in the bathroom/toilet, which was not working. I reported this issue twice to the staff and was told that it would be checked, but after that I received no response and the problem was not resolved during my stay. For a hotel brand like Premier Inn, I expected the room to be clean, properly maintained and any reported issues to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The biggest disappointment was not only the condition of the room, but also the lack of follow-up after I reported the problems. I have photos as evidence of the cleanliness issues. I hope Premier Inn takes this feedback seriously and improves its cleaning, maintenance and customer service, because this stay was far below the standard I expected.

Unhappy, arrived at 10pm after travelling down from Oban, to be booked in and told by reception, there would be no breakfast even though we had booked -(no pre-warning) and no alternatives offered locally. We then received a parking ticket couple of weeks later from Horizon !! We contacted Premier they said it wasn't their issue and we had to sort it out with parking company even though we were stopping at their hotel !!! We often stay in Premiers and had stopped at 3 others over a 1 month period and had no problem with booking in our car, and having a our breakfast. But to totally wash their hands and not to help resolve it, is disgraceful, Horizon has offered us to pay £15 out of the kindness of the heart , is also a disgrace as they know we were booked in here. If this is going to be a recurring problem we won't stay at Premier. We are going to escalate this to higher in the organisation, and we are not paying this ticket, when we were booked in. Shocking !!

Absoltely recommend staying here. Appearance from the outside doesnt look very welcoming but total different story once inside. Food is amazing kids ordered pizza and burgers other half ordered mixed grill, and all of it was cooked fresh to order and tasted amazing. Ross our server was fantastic very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and breakfast is continental and kids eat free absolute bargain. Highly recommended and woukd stay again

Very run down and bedroom was disgusting. Stained sheets which we asked to have changed. We stripped the bed and put the sheets on the floor only to find out that the bed had been made back up with the same dirty stained sheets that’s were on the floor. We ended up finding a clean sheet and changing it our selves. Staff were very friendly but the cleanliness of the room was awful. Complete let down and to make things worse after complaining to premier inn we have had no reply what so ever. Terrible service.

Only one bath towel and insufficient towel paper. Rectified by reception once addressed. Overall staff were very helpful but the whole place needs refurbished.
