"Great Location, Great staff"
On arrival we were not informed about registration of car, which we completed on our second day! The first morning, we went to have a shower but the tap was jammed! The air con was annoying/noise and we were unable to turn if off or turn it down.
Reported everything to staff on duty, who was most apologetic, took note of our is
sues, and arranged for the maintenance person to visit room 212. The shower, was fixed a good shower was enjoyed by both of us, large soft towels was good.
Good size room, quiet area, looking onto the back car park. room was clean, we enjoyed a good nights sleep on the mattress!
All staff pleasant and helpful.
Great location for Shopping Centre, visiting other restaurants and family.

My first visit here to allow me to visit family and friends over a three day period.
The reception staff and restaurant staff were extremely attentive and helpful in any requests I had. An excellent venue only a short, safe walk into the shopping mall, yet close to peaceful walks with plenty of greenery all around. Excellent!

Location was fabulous for us as we are here to access the ice rink 4 minutes away .
Room was perfect clean bright
Food was lovely
Staff were very friendly and courteous. We will use this premier inn most of the summer

"Not in the Centre"
It is 33 mins far from the central,
The room is good but the AC was broken and the room temperature is 26 ( at night )
Staff at reception not friendly straight away even before welcoming us ,, told me check in is at 3pm and the room not ready yet also I arrived 2.30pm with two kids they want toilet,, but when they start playing and annoying her she said you can check in to the room after 5 mins ,, the only thing is good is the price £87 per night
