Glasgow (Cumbernauld) hotel

Avoid room 106 it smells of urine. As soon as the door was opened you could smell the stench. Told reception I couldn't sleep in there she offered to clean the room again 🙄 I advised it smells awful a hoover and wipe isn't going to help. Got a different room smelt better but its definitely in need of refurbishment and the bathroom is tiny.

I would say this is one of the worst Premier Inns I have stayed in. It was the cheapest accommodation we could find in the area for the time of year, as we were travelling into Edinburgh and needed somewhere cheaper than Edinburgh prices. So we got what we paid for. Very basic rooms, not overly clean. Had issues with the air con, it was on all night and we could not turn it off so very disturbed nights sleep. Complained to reception the next day and they said they would look into it ahead of the second night. Second night that had been turned off but the extractor in the bathroom now no longer worked either. No restaurant on site, so was a very basic continental breakfast offered that was set up in reception. Limited parking on site and very rough looking car park, I was worried about leaving my car overnight. Reception staff very friendly throughout the stay. Average hotel if you are not looking for much, but much poorer than other Premier Inns.

Ok it was cheap hotel for a overnight stop and I can see why. There is no lift here and the place does need a bit of make over but our room was ok and normal premier inn comfy bed. There is plenty of eating options for a quick fast food meal. Staff were friendly and at the moment there is a free continental style breakfast with a variety of options.

Beth and Ian very helpful. A welcoming place. No restaurant. Complimentary breakfast dire.

My partner and I had a lovely stay for our two nights break. The staff are polite, attentive ,friendly and very welcoming . Our room was well clean , plus the bed was super comfortable . Although the restaurant was closed due to it being refurbed, there was a selection of cold breakfast items available in place. We were informed about this beforehand which we thought was great.
