    "Clean, efficient, comfortable"
    Were were here for just one quick night as we dropped off a rental car and headed on on our travels. It was clean, comfortable and efficient, just what we were looking for. We ate dinner downstairs at the restaurant. Food was fine, what you'd expect at a hotel. However, we also had the worst margarita we'd ever had in our life. I'd stick to beer or wine if you want to drink here.

    Really great. We spent another night later at an Internationally famous hotel in Glasgow. This was much better Very convenient location - buses, station, subway etc; good breakfast next door. Lots of activities, shops attractions nearby. Excellent staff - so helpful, eg storing bags for us.
    "OK but too noisy"
    Room, Breakfast and bed all very good, just noise of other guests in hotel and closeness to stairwell meant sleep was disturbed. Don’t have room 201!!
    "Helpful staff but hotel not a great experience"
    When we arrived the room was not made up as a family room even though we’d booked one, this was not ideal with tired children. The room was okay cleanliness wise but was tired and dated and carpet felt quite dirty. The sheets, pillows and duvet were stained, the duvet on one of the children’s beds had a blood stain. There were not enough towels and the soap dispenser was broken. The staff were very helpful and did address the issues as best they could and promptly arrived to put up the second single bed. All in all not a great experience but sufficed for a one night stop.

    Ideal location, great base to explore, close to Central Station. Food fantastic, we had breakfast and evening meals, great variety, value for money and delicious! Love coming home to Scotland for a visit and wasn't disappointed, Premier Inn ticked all the boxes, making our stay all the more enjoyable.
