"Very comfortable with delicious breakfast"
Lovely very comfortable stay. Breakfast fast and efficient for my quick visit which was just perfect. Definitely would recommend and come back again.
"Exceptional Comfort a quick walk from town"
The hotel is just a short walk from the city centre, with plenty of parking and excellent staff. The bedroom was a new style but the bed had the usual Premier inn reliably comfortable bed. But no fridge in the room, and it was missing a set of towels for one of our party. However, the night staff supplied these promptly when informed. Otherwise, this was a perfect stay.
"Unacceptable accessibility"
As a wheelchair user I was extremely disappointed with the so called accessible facilities. The bed was low and the mattress too soft, making it extremely difficult and indeed dangerous to climb out of. The website indicated that bed raisers were available on request, but apparently this is no longer the case. Also, the hand wash and shower gel were located in positions that were out of my reach. We left a day earlier than intended and I'll not be making a reservation with Premier Inns again until these issues are addressed across the chain. This is disappointing as booking an accessible room with a wet room is so straightforward on the website.

"Hotel struggling - disappointing breakfast for vegetarians"
Hotel struggling with staff absence. No receptionist to be found and cleaners in short supply. At breakfast, no vegetarian sausages or bacon for the entirety of our stay, and twice my porridge was not made despite me ordering it. The coffee machine was regularly out of service so had to use powder coffee from the sachets.

Or people watch and window-shop your way along Argyle Street. Make great music your goal at the Hydro, then come back and kick off your shoes and relax with some fabulous food at our restaurant. Then take a dive into a lovely comfy bed.
