Glasgow City Centre South hotel

Fabulous customer service from the guys there in Glasgow. Arrived late in the day to check in and mentioned it was my birthday. SASHA at the front desk couldn't have been lovelier. My car parking charges for the week were waived and bu the time I'd got to my table for an evening meal, there was a birthday card waiting for me. A world-class service offered at dinner for the birthday-boy from KAREN and ADEENA. Ive stayed at countless Premier Inns over the years across England and Scotland, but this one beats them all! Thanks guys for brightening an otherwise very dull birthday 🎂 😁😁😁😁

This premier inn was right next to the o2 which was perfectly convenient, the whole building was clean and inviting with a relatively well priced car park What made the stay was the staff - neo on reception did everything he could to make sure we had the best stay possible and Karen made sure we had a lovely meal with good recommendations and banter. I could not commend and recommend the staff enough

Hotel staff were very friendly, good location. Just be mindful that if you pay for early check-in, you are not guaranteed a room as of 11am since check-out is at 12pm.

I took my partner here for a little city break and it was a really nice stay. We were greeted by Sasha who went above and beyond to recommend places to eat and things to do and gave very good directions around the city and how to use the public transport. The bar was clean and well stocked, we were shocked to see that the staff have to do reception and the bar but they juggled it so well! Sasha and Neo both stayed cool and calm whilst serving guests in all areas of the hotel. The housekeepers were so friendly in the corridors and all said hello how are you. Have to say didn't excpect much from a budget hotel but this was 5 stars service
