"Unacceptable accessibility"
As a wheelchair user I was extremely disappointed with the so called accessible facilities. The bed was low and the mattress too soft, making it extremely difficult and indeed dangerous to climb out of. The website indicated that bed raisers were available on request, but apparently this is no longer the case. Also, the hand wash and shower gel were located in positions that were out of my reach. We left a day earlier than intended and I'll not be making a reservation with Premier Inns again until these issues are addressed across the chain. This is disappointing as booking an accessible room with a wet room is so straightforward on the website.

"Hotel struggling - disappointing breakfast for vegetarians"
Hotel struggling with staff absence. No receptionist to be found and cleaners in short supply. At breakfast, no vegetarian sausages or bacon for the entirety of our stay, and twice my porridge was not made despite me ordering it. The coffee machine was regularly out of service so had to use powder coffee from the sachets.
"Nice room - disappointing breakfast "
The hotel is conveniently situated for easy access to the city centre. Room was a good size and clean but the room was too warm and couldn't regulate the temperature. The big disappointment however was breakfast. Tables needed clearing of used dishes and cutlery. The bacon was cold, the sausages were overcooked and also cold, eggs were also cold and congealed. Pastries were not replenished so my wife went without. Would stay again but won't bother with the breakfast. Not the experience we were expecting
"Great place to visit"
First time we visited this one, didn't have any issues, room was very clean, bathroom clean and had a bath which we enjoy.very quite through out breakfast was good and worth the money. definitely will return

And, if you don't get your kicks on the pitch, you'll find all the nightlife, city centre attractions and businesses just a saunter away. See 'The Beautiful Game' at Celtic Park or Ibrox. Or people watch and window-shop your way along Argyle Street. Make great music your goal at the Hydro, then come back and kick off your shoes and relax with some fabulous food at our restaurant. Then take a dive into a lovely comfy bed.
