"Toom OK Breakfast Not good :("
Room was OK, set heating but it just kept switching off. Breakfast was a real let down. Quality of bacon was really poor, almost not cooked, loads of white fat on it Sausages OK but mostly burnt, no herbs/seasoning at all Biggest problem was lack of vegetarian offerings, OK so eggs, beans or hash browns, no veggie sausages out or offered :( Hash browns very very greasy. orange juice was very bitter. Basically a waste of £20
"Excellent experience"
Excellent experience, my first stay in a premier inn. Room was comfortable, superb view from 5th floor, bathroom with bath/shower, always a bonus to have a bath. Food was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Much better value than a recent stay in a 4 star hotel which was a very poor experience. Will certainly book premier inn again.
"No answer when trying to get connected to Reception"
Before i make a booking i want to discuss car parking at / near the hotel. However Reception does not answer phone here or at other Premier Inn Hotel i tried

Absolutely amazing experience,great location, food excellent, great selection of beers and wines, staff so friendly and so helpful, the room was huge and spotless, the hotel was spotless, would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and attentive staff. Nice atmosphere. Clean and well maintained. More than expected for price point. Efficient bar / restaurant area is a bonus.
