"Would recommend"
Clean, quiet, helpful and friendly staff. NCP parking opposite, with reduced rate for hotel guests. Good value breakfast.
"Can’t fault the staff but WiFi was a complicated process."
Great Breakfast of course and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I’d prepaid for a WiFi package but the codes were only sent on email 1/2 hour or more after checking in, the staff sorted that out. It’s a nice location.
"The room was airless"
The room was large and clean however the windows do no open to allow fresh air. There is air conditioning but despite this the room seemed airless and stuffy. As a result of this I would not go to another Premier Inn hotel. In addition we requested a bath mat and there were none available and fresh towels were to be collected from the bar which seemed to me very strange. No instruction was given as to what to do with the dirty towels. The shower would have benefited from a grab rail.
"ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS"
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff don’t even smile or say hello or anything, just grunt and point. Breakfast is cold ish and not great.
"Don’t go unless you like hostel hotel"
When arrived the steps could not be used as they were filled with guests smoking. While trying to g to boom in one of the guests from outside was pestering the reception. Dingy room. Everywhere felt dirty and didn’t want to take my shoes off. Not for me worst hotel ever stayed in
