"Handy for city centre, prominent location."
Very comfortable, easy check in, good blackout curtains, plenty plugs AND USB connections. Air con in room was pretty good. So handy for city centre only 5 mins from Queen St Station & Buchanan Street Bus Station. Ample tea/coffee etc and big cups. Only downside is the shower was tepid even though the hot water was at its hottest setting.

The most friendly, clean, professional hotel, 200% excellent customer service. All the staff are a credit to the Company, cannot praise them highly enough.

Good location and standard PI rooms but not a fan of the Self Check Inn Also a charge of £15 pp if check in early....................no thanks ! All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful Also putting a nice range of goodies in room for family members Birthday Thankyou
"It’s okay"
The male manager was extremely rude to us we were made to feel like an inconvenience, but the hotel is nice and the girls behind the reception were absolutely lovely and so helpful to us, I didn’t catch their names but they were quite young and both very chatty and friendly.
"Great spot in Glasgow"
This branch of Glasgow's Premier Inns is in a great position. It is easy to walk to either of the 2 main stations, subways and city shopping, bars and restaurants. The hotel has a lively convivial bar area and as usual the bedroom was comfortable with a sparkling clean bathroom.
