"Short visit"
Central location, within walking distance of shops etc, staff were all very friendly, room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The refurbishment of the Thyme restaurant (now called The Social) lends a relaxing atmosphere. I would critise the self check in. It's far slower than just employing someone on reception. Also, the lift requires your key to go up. Regarding the rooms, if you're elderly, the standard beds and baths could be a little too high. Accessible rooms shouldn't be required. There is room for improvement on those two points. The restaurant ran out of certain items, but this was due to 2 large parties arriving. Other than that, a great stay.

Staff are friendly room was clean only thing is the hdmi on the wall was not working but can’t fault anything else with in the hotel :)

Clean, quiet, helpful and friendly staff. NCP parking opposite, with reduced rate for hotel guests. Good value breakfast.

Great Breakfast of course and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I’d prepaid for a WiFi package but the codes were only sent on email 1/2 hour or more after checking in, the staff sorted that out. It’s a nice location.
