There is no on-site parking or drop off available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Concert Square Car Park, Cowcaddens Road (G4 0LU), situated just a 3-minute walk from our hotel and is open 24 hours, we offer a discounted parking rate at £12 per 24 hours. Please note to bring your ticket to reception where the ticket will be validated and return to car park on departure to make payment via the machine.

Alternative, chargeable off-site parking is available nearby at Buchanan Galleries Car Park (attached to Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre) enter via Killermont Street (G2 3NW), situated just a 5-minute walk from our hotel, parking is £15 per 24 hours. Please note to bring your ticket to reception where the ticket will be validated and return to car park on departure to make payment via office on 2nd floor. Car park opening and closing times are as followed: Mon-Sat 7am-9pm, Sun 9am-9pm. Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre Car Park will be closed on Christmas Day & New Year’s Day.

"Rubbish night sleep fire alarm due to someone selfish vaping !"

Great location near to theatre which was the purpose of our trip. Booked 2 rooms of the same type at the same time for business colleagues. First room was upgraded to a premier double on 17th floor. 2nd room was not upgraded and on 5th floor. Both rooms seemed the same but the one on the 5th floor had an incredibly uncomfortable bed. The fire alarm went off at 3am which was a false alarm due to selfish behaviour vaping in a room. but meant that everyone had to congregate on the street! This must happen all the time if the fire detectors can’t actually differentiate between fire and vape! I won’t be staying in a premier inn again for that reason. Upgrade your fire detection.

"Switched Hotels"

I initially booked at the St Enoch hotel but then read three reviews stating that the local yobos, from the pub next door, took great delight in setting off the fire alarms multiple times every night in order to see the hotel guests evacuate into the street in their pyjamas. So, a bonus was my ability to cancel my booking on the day of arrival and rebook at Buchanan Galleries. My room had a comfy bed, a good hot shower with very good pressure. There was minimal contact with staff which was not a problem for me.

Booked a few days stay some months ago. Rang with a special room request and was told it shouldn't be a problem. On arrival, it seems the request had not been noted. To be fair to the staff they managed to accommodate us after saying they may not be able to, in what seemed to be the largest room in the hotel. It was comfortable and spacious with all facilities. Breakfast was basic, either a standard fry, or yoghurt and fruit, or toast/croissants etc.
