    "Wasn't the best experience."
Dont pre-book meal deal for food, unless you check they have food first! Didn't have pizza, mixed grill, pasta etc (missing 8 or 9 main meals off the menu). Staff are friendly but bar/food service was slow on a night it was fully booked and only 1 chef working....but also only had few customers in the restaurant 🤷🏼‍♀️ couldn't be seated to order food until 90 mins after we arrived, to then find out the choices were extremely limited.
    "5-Star Staff Service."
We arrived late in the evening and the hotel keycard machine was broken. The hotel was full and things were hectic. However Alan was both friendly and courteousous and remained calm and professional. He let us in our room and assisted my wife back through the doors with drinks obtained from the bar. Rebekka at the bar was extremely cheerful and chatty too. These two individuals made our stay memorable for all the right reasons and are a credit to the Company. I would not normally leave a review but these members of your staff went above and beyond what was expected.
    "Perfect."
We stayed here twice, once before we flew and once when we came back, really lovely hotel, lovely staff, even allowed us to check in early and put some medication in the staff fridge. The hotel was lovely and clean, lovely showers, tea and coffee in the room. The bed is just so comfy. Great location to the airport, Ikea, the shopping centre and the cinema. I would definitely stay again and breakfast was a hit with everyone, the coffee was super hot which I love. I only have positives to say and I was just what we needed.
"Like Sleeping Above a Portal to the Pits of Hell"
The website notes there’s no air conditioning, but what it doesn’t say is that the building feels designed for it — and without it, the rooms are unbearably hot. A couple of fans made little difference, and sleeping was nearly impossible. I picked this hotel over the one opposite the SECC (which has air con) for the free parking, but had I known how uncomfortable the heat would be, I’d have chosen differently. Staff were pleasant, but unless the cooling issue is fixed, I’d recommend booking elsewhere during warm weather.
"One night in a dirty room"
The room was dirty with dirty bedding and a fan that blows dust all over the single bed and there was blood on the double quilt and it was dirty the walls had dirty marks all over them and the units were peeling there surfaces the window wouldn't close at all glad it was only for a night wouldn't stay there again
