Glasgow Braehead hotel

Nice enjoyable stay at Braehead. Staff attentive. All as expected.

Used the Premier Inn the night before surgery at Ross Hall clinic and was perfect for what i needed it for as i had a very early start in the morning. I was greeted immediately by the receptionist who was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was confortable. Really all i needed for my short stay.

Lovely and friendly staff despite there being only 2 of them to cover practically everything. Alan and Carol are a wonderful duo. Easy location for the motorway and tasty food.

Staff were generally unhelpful and rude Reluctant to accommodate meals at 7pm informing us that they were unable to accommodate a table for 8 people even though a booking had been made!! When asked if we could sit separately in the restaurant as there was obviously enough tables not in use we were informed they had run out of most food options?? The duty manager was exceptionally rude to one of our party who works for whitbread and asked questions regarding the service We were not informed about the building We were not informed about the building works outside and the noise from This woke us up extremely early There was only continental breakfast available and all in all the worst premier inn experience I have ever had definitely not up-to the usual standard Great car parking facilities though and the pub across was great value for money for food and drink (they even served a party of 8 without a reservation 😁)

Unfortunately our stay was not great poor parking room was not clean and smelled of drainage/faeces. The bedding was stained and there was always someone smoking outside front doors (staff included) so my children had to walk through that. I paid £123 and it was not worth it.
