    "Comfortable hotel but food option at breakfast let it down"
    Premier inn is always clean and comfortable. Only down side on this occasion was there was a late food delivery so there was no ice cream for the kids after dinner and in the morning there was items missing from breakfast. I know the storm probably delayed the delivery but given it is the height of summer I would have thought having a decent stock to avoid this sort of issue happening.

    Excellent time at the premiere inn in Braehead. The only thing wrong was the room was very hot and sticky it didn’t have air conditioning
    "Dirty bathroom poor service"
    Not particularly clean in the rooms and not great service from the staff. Spilled some bath water on the floor in the bathroom and when I used the bath mat to wipe it it came up black 🤢with dirt. Husband's pillow has some kind of food on it and I went downstairs to ask for a clean one at reception. Said they would bring one up and still waiting...... Had to wait for ages to check in as key cards would not work. We were given 2 and when we got to the room one still didnt work. It's a good location just outside Glasgow and you can walk to the Braehead shopping centre but I am peeved to have paid £125 for a Premier Inn this dirty with poor service

    Thank you Big Ronny, Rebecca and Alan for looking after me. All staff have been friendly and professional. Excellent service as usual. Great food, with a good range of choices for evening meal and breakfast. Comfortable room. Hot shower. Peace and quiet. Having stayed in a few Premier Inn around Glasgow this is my all time favourite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    You're just out of town but right in the action, with plenty to do for all the family. Our Premier Inn Glasgow Braehead hotel is only a mile from Braehead shopping centre, which has so much more than shops alone - ride the zip wire at Climbzone or hit the indoor slopes at Snow Factor. If you're here on business, you're close to Glasgow's conference centre and airport. If you're here for culture, there's the Tall Ship at Riverside Museum, Glasgow Science Centre and The Hydro arena not far along the River Clyde. And if you want the bright lights, Glasgow city centre is just a 15-minute drive. Back in the hotel you'll find space, calm and comfort. Your room will feature a luxury kingsize bed, plus a 40" flat screen TV and smart, modern bathroom. Then there's our tempting Thyme restaurant, which is a must-do for breakfast, drinks and more.
