"I recommend the Premier Inn for basic over night stays. Very clean and comfortable, lovely staff and good breakfast"
Fabulous location for wedding in Boclair house. Great restaurant and bar one minute walk from the hotel. Lovely staff and very helpful (especially kitchen staff) rooms were spotless with comfy beds.

I visited this hotel just this weekend. It does what you would expect from a Premier Inn.
It is noisy at times and you can hear noise from other rooms. I could hear someone’s phone alarm going off at 4am then 6am, but it is because this hotel is very quiet. It’s set back from a busy road therefore you can hear a pin drop.
Yes it is in need of a bit of TLC but all in all the room I had was clean and comfy.
There was plenty of tea coffee and milk available.
The staff were very good and a special shout out to the ladies both serving and cooking breakfast which was absolutely excellent, bearing in mind that the fire alarm went off half way through breakfast service. I would happily go back here at anytime.

"Freezing cold room and no sleep"
Firstly the room was freezing cold and a small heater did nothing to warm it up. 3am we were woken up by the shower continuously dripping. Then the toilet would not flush.
After reporting it to reception they told us they had received complaints and the maintenance man was going that day. There were no other rooms they could move us to .
I contacted premier inn guest customer services who said they would email me. But as if yet no email has been received.

So easy to book, on outskirts of Glasgow so v quiet. Incredibly good value, very comfortable bed, everything we needed, would recommend to everyone
