"Rubbish"
This hotel is absolutely shambles came here the night before my flight went to the restaurant was advised by stuff that they where fully booked and had to book online before I went back to the room and done a fake booking for the next weekend didn’t give that option I then went back to the restaurant sitting area was then advised that they are tables for drinking but kitchen was busy and they aren’t taking orders for food but they whole in a hotel is to accommodate for all your needs 9/8/2025
"Below average"
Room ok but waited over 55 minutes for a beef and ale pie to be delivered. Was it worth the wait? Not really. I wish I had stayed in my room.
"Poor service"
We stayed at this hotel on our return from holiday. Having stayed before, we were keen to see the improvements made, however were left disappointed. The check-in is now self-service with a touch screen. We arrived with no clue what to do and there were no staff on hand to offer advice or help. We eventually managed to get checked-in and went our room. Once settled we went downstairs for some food. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco, which was handed to us unopened, and two snacks, nachos and chicken goujons. We waited some time for our food before going to the bar and asking if our food would be long. The girl looked sheepish before checking with kitchen. It turns out our food was given to another table, we got not much in the way of an apology and they seemed to think it was funny, we didn’t. We waited, at least another 25 minutes before our food arrived. I found the staff unhelpful and not as friendly as the staff have been in previous years. The service we experienced has, unfortunately, put me off staying in this hotel again.
"Uncomfortably hot"
The hotel is clean and modern. We have stayed here before as it's very handy for early flights from Glasgow airport. Unfortunately in the recent refit air-conditioning was not fitted to the room we were in. It wasn't that hot today but the thermostat in our room read 28 degrees and it's 11 o'clock at night. I'd say this hotel is best avoided in summer and pick another hotel close by that has air-conditioning. Very uncomfortable and because air-conditioning is not an offered facility you can't claim your guaranteed sleep to get a refund. All the room has is a window, we faced the M8 motorway so it was noisy or a noisy fan blowing hot air around the room.
"Perfect place to stay near the terminal"
Spent the night before heading elsewhere as my husband was arriving a late flight. Ease of finding the place, parking and access to the terminal were all great. Stayed in a premier plus room which we were very impressed with. Great nights sleep!
