Checking in has been made even easier too. When you arrive for your hotel stay, simply scan your QR code at a check-in kiosk, pay using your payment card if you haven’t already pre-paid online and pick up your room key. "A perfectly adequate place to stay enroute but customer service has room for improvement."
Location was great. A perfect choice for catching an early flight. Atmosphere was fine, nothing special but perfectly OK. The room was a good size, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were told at reception that the new menu would be in our room and it wasn't. There was also only one towel for two people so we had to get another one from reception. The service was mixed. We received a really good reception as we booked in and the receptionist was very helpful. At dinner service was lacking. We were left standing for a while to be seated, The table we were shown to wasn't clean and several of the new items on the menu were not available. Breakfast was better. The noise levels were fine and I would stay again in similar circumstances but there is definite room for improvement.

Perfectly next to the airport a brilliant hotel the social area is fantastic and the food is very reasonable and the meal deal with unlimited breakfast in the morning was fantastic definitely stay here again

Clean and comfortable room, staff friendly, could have done with a few more staff on duty due to wait time for food and drink.

Just using the hotel for flight first thing in the morning, the staff were very helpful at reception, our room was very pleasant, quiet, clean and comfortable- well above the standard of upmarket airport hotels that you pay dearly for. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very reasonably priced, again staff are very helpful and polite. Thanks to everyone involved in the premier inn at Glasgow Airport
"Definitely will stay again"
Friendly well positioned hotel with good staff and food options. Food was tasty with a good drinks selection on offer. All staff met were friendly and helpful
