"Awful!"
Absolutely awful! Carpets, fixtures and fittings were dirty! The floors were so loud anytime you set foot on them. We had zero sleep due to movement in the room above, felt like the ceiling was going to collapse on top of us. The guests in the room below obviously had the same issue with noise of the floor, as we were disturbed by a knock at the door at 3am by staff about the noise we were making after I walked to the bathroom and back to bed! The guests below thought we were jumping up and down, when in reality it was a trip to the bathroom. The location of the hotel is very handy for edinburgh airport and that was the reason for our stay,but I cannot recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful night's sleep! I definitely would not stay here again.

"Stayed in better Premier Inn’s"
Excellent location and reasonably priced. Hotel starting to look tired. Room on ground floor at car park was noisy. Hot water delivery and temperature was very poor but only just acceptable.
Booked a twin room and got a double bed and a sofa bed. Told this was all they did at this hotel which was very misleading.
Stayed in many Premier Inn’s and generally very good. Possibly just the room we had but this wasn’t one of the best I’ve stayed in.
