If I’m in the area I always stay at the Premier Bathgate ...met my a friendly welcome by the staff ...rooms are always clean ...very roomy ..beds are mega comfy ....Breakfast is superb even in these COVID times ....

Hotel was clean, bright and spacious with easy access to the motorway. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Could not be bothered with the hassle of booking breakfast due tothe Covid restrictions, other than that coul dnot be faulted and woul dhave not second thoughts about going back

"Excellent"

Our holidays to Scotland are not close together, however, the staff always remember us and make us feel welcome. Even with covid rules the experience was excellent. I did not overeat at breakfast as you had to order, not a bad thing for my lockdown gut. Was extremely impressed to see the hotel was helping the homeless and as a business this is inspirational to others.

"Fantastic staff"

We always stay here hen visiting nearby family. This visit was rearranged from Easter due to the Corana virus. We were anxious prior to our stay but there was no need! They are very well prepared for everything. You had to book a slot for breakfast and they took your order and brought it to you. It isn’t the full range but still good. The rooms were not serviced but if you needed anything, reception sorted it and left the items outside your room. The room was United warm due to the weather but there was a large fan to help cool the room. The staff as always are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Shout out to Aidan and Stephanie. It was sad though to see the hotel so quiet as we are used to it being so busy especially in August.

"Such friendly staff"

We think this is the best ever Premier Inn. We visited it early August and it’s was excellent. The bed was super comfy, the rooms were extremely clean ( they have very good Covid procedures and the icing on the cake are the staff. They were all without exception friendly and so helpful (shout out for Declan), from the receptionists to the lovely lady who ran the restaurant. Now the restaurant is soulless, but the breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come again next year. Thank you very much.
