"Great Clean Budget Hotel"
Superb budget hotel. Clean and modern super service and friendly staff. Great location and excellent taxi service from the hotel simply excellent. Good continental breakfast.
"Great location, great stay, but careful if it gets too hot"
We had a great stay at the Hub/Premier Inn. The location in Edinburgh is absolutely fabulous - tram connection to the airport right around the corner, and both the touristy parts and some good shopping as well as restaurants close by and within walking distance. The rooms were on the fifth floor and the view across the Edinburgh rooftops was spectacular. We loved the rooms (we had the larger rooms) and all amenities. One of the best parts - even if you don't have breakfast, you can get coffee/tea downstairs on a complimentary basis. Not so great was that we did not get someone to clean the rooms while we were there (even though we asked for it explicitly) and we were a bit worried about the AC (which in the end worked, but were also lucky in that temperatures were not super high). Overall a relaxed and easy atmosphere, not much noise, and super easy in-and-out. Fair prices - in September!
"A great hotel to be close to downtown Edinburgh!"
We have to thank you for your fabulous hotel as we enjoyed the sites of Edinburgh this week!  Your rooms were very contemporary and tidy, the staff welcoming and friendly, and your breakfast selection of foods was great! We would highly recommend you to anyone visiting Edinburgh! Wishing you every success for the future!
"Not best value"
09:424 Would have been better if:- Made bed look welcoming instead of a dumped duvet. More than one pillow to meet medical conditions of both guests. ( Folded bath towel to boost pillow.) Tea / coffee to hand in the room Provided room with an unblocked window. Unlocked heating controls. Provide 2 chairs in a double room. Charged a rate to reflect the grade of accommodation and not to maximise profit available during Festival month. Repaired one of two lifts out of service for duration of stay.
"Don’t stay here"
Hotel was covered in scaffolding and no reduction was offered for no view. TV did not work nor did the air conditioning. Poor value for money.
