    "Tired and dirty."
Good location. Tired and dirty hotel. Carpet in the corridors was disgusting. Lots of dust in room. Stains on pillow cases and towels - yuck. Restaurant pretty much useless if you can't digest gluten so we had breakfast and dinner at the Railbridge in Queensferry. Receptionists were friendly and helpful though.
    "Very hot room"
No air conditioning in the room and windows opened 4 " max. A fan in room. Room temp stayed 27 regardless. Bathroom recently renovated looks nice. However the exhaust fan does nothing and the water temp in shower fluctuates from hot to cold, no one using the bathroom. The only good thing, great breakfast if it's included.
"Clean room, friendly staff, convenient pulic transport links for exploring"
Used as a base for a couple of days exploring Edinburgh as was cheaper than the hotels in the city centre. Was actually glad to be staying away from the busy city. Room was lovely and clean, bed were comfy, hotel staff were really helpful with bus routes and directions Our room was really hot the first night and they didnt have any fans but the next day there was a fan in our room when we got back.feom a day out. Buses to the city toom a while (43) but we're easy and frequent. The 474 to the airport also left from.across the road and was frequent. Wr also went into south Queensferry itself on the 43 one day. Its a very cute little town and worth doing the boat tour under the bridges and you can get off at the island and see the abby. Staff in the restaurant next door also.couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. If we visit Edinburgh again I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again as a base.
"No air conditioning. Making it unbearable to sleep in."
We stayed for two nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Premier Inn is in a good spot, had an M&S and McDonald's just a couple minutes walk away. The Brewers Fayre attached served good food that was reasonable priced. We stayed in room 135. Upon entering the corridor, we immediately noticed the high temperature, which intensified upon entering our room. Despite a small window opening and a plug-in fan, the room's temperature resulted in two nights of very uncomfortable sleep. While the double bed was comfortable, the pillows were not and require replacement. The bathroom, was very nice. So probably the worst premier inn we've ever stayed in.
"Good value for money, just a bit warm"
Stayed after a late flight to Edinburgh airport. Check in was easy even at 3:30am! Room was big enough for 2 adults & 2 children. Only issue was the temperature-very warm with us all in it and only one fan to try and keep it cool.
