"Awful"
Avoid avoid avoid!
We’ve stayed in lots of premier inn’s over the years and this has to be the worst ever.
Apart from a cheaper option to being in Edinburgh centre & the reception staff being good, the positive stops there.
Everywhere dirty & rundown. Looks like the hoover hasn’t worked in months. Sweat wrappers under the best dust on the walls, tea/ coffee stains on walls, bins not emptied, terrible paintwork, the list goes on. Room was far too hot, couldn’t leave the window open overnight for the noise of the extraction units on the flat roof outside but at least there was a dusty fan to blow the hot air and dust around.
As for the pub, most of the draught beers had ran out, staff were slow & unhelpful, there was no atmosphere & breakfast wasn’t even cafe standard.
Sorry but for £350 for two nights it was really disappointing & I can’t believe Premier Inn have let it get in that state!

"Expensive but needed the rooms."
Booked three rooms for a family wedding nearby, 2 rooms were on the small side for the price I paid for them around £180 each.

"Great room clean and tidy good location"
Free parking short taxi to Edinburgh at a hotel fraction of the cost. Well worth it. Really good restaurant underneath as well. Staff friendly and helpful.

"Affordable stay but hotel getting bit tired."
We've stayed here few times now as much more affordable than other Edinburgh Premier Inns, its pretty handy for airport and we like South Queensferry area.
Feel hotel getting bit shabby in areas and could do with refresh (carpets quite stained especially in corridors, black mold around shower screen, rust around bathroom fittings).
We've arrived at hotel after midnight and been concerned about parking, some staff have been really helpful saying can always find space somewhere for you but have also had some look at us blankly and not really been any help at all.
Car park is actually much bigger than we realised though as row opposite McDonalds car park actually belongs to hotel but signage isn't that clear.

"Not recommended"
One of the shabbiest premier inns I've ever used. The bed looked unmade, which gave an impression of not being clean.
There is no air conditioning, and the window only opens an inch!
