"Shower cubicle"
Shower cubicle needed re-grouting and edges/corners of shower tray needs a thorough clean and re-grouting as it was mostly brown. Did not enjoy having a shower!

"Good location, very friendly staff, good sleep quality"
Had a very good stay here. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Good sized room with good bed and bedlinen and quiet, so had a good night's sleep.
Room and bathroom were both clean.
Easy access to public transport. Bus JET747 from Edinburg airport goes frequently. Same bus to Inverkeithing railway station.

"Don't expect to get a drink after 9pm."
Good location for Edinburgh if you don't want to be in the city and are using the hotel as a stopping off point before travelling further north as we were.
Clean hotel but don't expect to get a drink in the attached bar/ restaurant after 9pm as it shuts early.

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn South Queensferry. The staff found a place to keep our luggage for us until check in time even the hotel does not offer luggage storage. They were also helpful with directions for busses, etc. The restaurant offered great specials every night and the food was excellent. It had an atmosphere of a neighbourhood pub with lots of locals dining every night. The hotel is very quiet. It is situated within walking distance of three grocery stores, Starbucks and right next door to MacDonalds. The bus stops a very short distance away that goes into Edinburgh. The ride is a bit long but scenery is beautiful. Or you can take the tram. There is also a bus that goes directly to the airport from the same bus stop. It is considerably cheaper than a taxi. It is a short walk to the village which is very charming with lots of quaint old buildings. You can view the three bridges from the docks along the water. We highly recommend this hotel for value and the area it is situated in.

I had a lovely time at this hotel. Carrie the Housekeeper/Manager was brilliant helped me so much.The room was very clean. Only thing which was not so good and that is no fault of Premier Inn was the evening meal the steak I had was very tough and I could only eat about half. Breakfast the next morning was delicious .

On the shore of the Firth of Forth, Queensferry is situated ten miles to the north of Edinburgh. So the Premier Inn Hotel Edinburgh (South Queensferry) is the ideal base for venturing into Scotland's first city, or for exploring the majestic landscape of the Lothians.
Queensferry has some puzzling traditions, like the procession of the Burry Man and the annual dip in the Firth of Forth. But there are plenty of other things to do, such as a visit to the Georgian splendour of Hopetoun House or Dundas Castle. There are lots of business venues and good transport links. Once you're done for the day, come back to great food at our Brewers Fayre restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
