"Great staff"
I left my iPad in my room after I checked out. I rang reception. So grateful to Kelly who ran upstairs and found it. So reassuring to know it had been found and was safe. I was able to drive back and get it.

Arrived at 4 am. Had advised hotel in advance. Receptionist kind and professional. Comfortable bed quiet room. Choice of pillows. Glad of 12 o clock check out.

"Tired but functional"
Tired decor and in a litter strewn grim location.
The bedroom was somewhat grubby - not sure about bare feet on the carpet!
Bed comfortable although some faint stains on otherwise clean sheets.
Handy to have a late reception for a very late flight.
No USB charging points!

Disappointing. Premier Inns are usually my first choice for overnights / weekends away but this one didn’t impress.
The Good- Staff friendly and efficient, Bed clean and exceptionally comfortable.
Not so good - Room very small, tired decor, smelt musty, carpet sticky. Breakfast - not nearly as good as other premier inns, toasters that were exceptionally slow, ‘hot’ items cold. Food layout area very small and cramped. Someone vacuuming the dining area throughout breakfast. Dining room needs a refurb - upholstery on the majority of chairs visible to me were stained.
A real shame it’s in a good location but needs a major refurb.

"Not a very good experience"
Not very good the rooms are clean the hotel staff were ok
But the Breakfast was not very good i took a party of 13 l payed £142 .68 and it was all cold the bacon and sausages looked lovely and the Eggs but it was all cold and when I told the stuff nothing was done it seemed like it was are fault when I rang the customer services they said no one else had any complaints and that was that l spent £900 on rooms and food it is not like premier inn not to take complaints seriously i love the Hotels and it is a shame this has happened to us i am still struggling to understand how all the food was cold

On the shore of the Firth of Forth, Queensferry is situated ten miles to the north of Edinburgh. So the Premier Inn Hotel Edinburgh (South Queensferry) is the ideal base for venturing into Scotland's first city, or for exploring the majestic landscape of the Lothians.
Queensferry has some puzzling traditions, like the procession of the Burry Man and the annual dip in the Firth of Forth. But there are plenty of other things to do, such as a visit to the Georgian splendour of Hopetoun House or Dundas Castle. There are lots of business venues and good transport links. Once you're done for the day, come back to great food at our Brewers Fayre restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
