    "Collecting car weekend"
    Premier inn all ways provides for me just enough with a comfy bed My go to place Queensferry is in good location and a wander down in to the old town near the bridge is well worth it.
    "Needs Improvement."
    The amount of litter leading up to the hotel and within the hotel car park was shocking. Really wouldn't take much to clear this. Reception staff were very pleasant. Housekeeping is very poor. The level of mould around the shower screen was awful and again, it wouldn't take much to address. Dispenser soap at side of bathroom sink was covered in rust, I purchased soap as wasn't willing to use the one provided. Asked for room to be serviced, returned to room hours later and although we had received clean towels, the bed which required to be changed, had just been left, items must have fallen out of the bedroom bin and had just been left on the floor. Very poor standard of cleanliness. Such a shame as this could be a great hotel but management need to look at the hotel and the surrounding grounds through the eyes of guests.
    "Needs refurbished"
    We have stayed in quite a few Premier Inn’s and this one was very disappointing. It was very shabby. Carpets were stained, walls etc need painted and cleaned. Overall the place needs refurbished. There was a used sheet down the side of the bed. Car parking was good.

    Have stayed at Premier Inn hotels before. This one was disappointing. Had very little parking which always seemed to be gone, when we returned to the hotel. The rooms where nicely done, but flooring and showers were not clean. Would be looking for an alternative on my next stay in Edinburgh.
    "Tired and dirty."
    Good location. Tired and dirty hotel. Carpet in the corridors was disgusting. Lots of dust in room. Stains on pillow cases and towels - yuck. Restaurant pretty much useless if you can't digest gluten so we had breakfast and dinner at the Railbridge in Queensferry. Receptionists were friendly and helpful though.

    Hotel description

    On the shore of the Firth of Forth, Queensferry is situated ten miles to the north of Edinburgh. So the Premier Inn Hotel Edinburgh (South Queensferry) is the ideal base for venturing into Scotland's first city, or for exploring the majestic landscape of the Lothians. Queensferry has some puzzling traditions, like the procession of the Burry Man and the annual dip in the Firth of Forth. But there are plenty of other things to do, such as a visit to the Georgian splendour of Hopetoun House or Dundas Castle. There are lots of business venues and good transport links. Once you're done for the day, come back to great food at our Brewers Fayre restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
