There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Waverley Station Car Park (Sat Nav: EH8 8BH) just a 2-minute walk from our hotel. Please remember to present your ticket to reception for your ticket to be validated with a 20% discount, £17 for 24 hours. There is a height restriction of 1.9m. Blue badge holders can park on street at the hotel free of charge. Alternative on street parking is also available and charges apply from 8:30am - 6:30pm Monday – Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm - 6:30pm.

"Good location"
Hotel near to station and royal mile. Rooms good. We found food at breakfast cold at 6.30am at start of service when you would expect hot food to be fresh and hot. You have to book a table for dinner in the morning which we found inconvenient so therefore didn't use restaurant in the evening. No handrail to get in and out of bath which I found a miss
"Would not stay here but maybe we just got a bad room out of the lot"
We checked out early and would have left once we saw our room if it would not have been too late and all rooms near were booked. Our toilet was dirty..ewwwww, the tub had black mold/ mildew all around it and the ceiling also had mold. They were full and could not move our room. We checked out early the next day and requested our money back for the early check out. Side note.... the staff was lovely and knew renovations were needed but they stay booked and it's hard to complete them.
"Five Star Service"
The service at this hotel was incredible! We were so moved by the thoughtful team throughout our 3-day stay. Our son celebrated his birthday at the hotel and the staff noticed us wrapping presents and offered to have a birthday suprise at breakfast the next day. They had somehow found all of his favourite things and laid them out on the table the next morning, including Gluten-free birthday cupcakes, streamers, the specific Lego he loves, a card, book, etc etc. my husband became so moved and teary - enormous thanks to Chloe for her kindness! The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. The other reviews will attest to the excellent location, fantastic value and great breakfast, but for us, it really demonstrated incredibly Scottish hospitality and we loved it!
"A serious decline in Premier Inn standards."
Appalling room maintenance. An absolutely disgraceful advert for Premier Inn and Edinburgh. Peeling paint, damaged plasterboard, non-functioning light-bulbs, curtains hanging off their tracks.
"Great location"
We found this hotel to be a great location for a decent price. Staff was helpful and we loved the early check in option and breakfast add on. We stayed in many places during our 2 week visit and this was one of the better ones
