    "Great hotel in a great location."
    This was a typical Premmiere Inn Hotel in a great location. The staff greeted us with a smile and couldn’t be more helpful. Our room was a long way from reception but that was lovely when we got there. The reason we booked it was because the Edinburgh Tram line starts a few hundred yards from the hotel. It’s a great way to get onto Princess Street without having to find a parking space. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and fresh and sets you up for the rest of the day. We have already booked in again next year. It’s highly recommended on every front.

    Arrived at reception. A young lady on reception was very helpful £7 car parking charge for the weekend Room itself was far end where lift was . Room was spacious . Everything worked in the room eg kettle , tv .. Outside the hotel , there is Brewster s pub . Where u have the option of having bar meals and drinks . However , there are plenty of options within walking distance to obtain food and beverages . Also, you could walk along the marina . The hotel is not far to city center . I caught the number 11 bus (£5.50 all day ticket) .
    "A disappointment, for the cost."
    I have stayed in a few Premier Inns and the cost although it's the summer and prices are increased as a result. I overpaid for this stay, if I'd realised how expensive it was and how little value for money I received. I will not return or stay again. Staff were hit or miss, one female member of staff was completely rude. The restaurant was dirty and lacking in staff.

    Great location, only 30min on tram to central Edinburgh. Beside the Newhaven pier with great restaurants. Martina, her team and roomservice are very helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet was good quality, with generous portions. Will definitely return here in the future.

    Really good location, very close to the tram terminal for the city centre, enough restaurants close by for different options for breakfast etc, Staff extremely helpful and rooms spotless. Worth booking a sea view room!
