"Good value."

Has the advantage of a car park at the front of the hotel so you can leave your car and use the excellent and good value tram or bus service (bus stop over the road tram stop less than 5 minutes walk away) into the city or airport. We had a Premier Plus room for 3 nights. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. We found the staff helpful and friendly. The adjacent restaurant looked awful and a potential downside of staying here is needing to find other places to eat as well as the journey time into the city. Our room overlooked the sea but apart from this the other surroundings are not very picturesque. We booked here as it was good value in comparison to central Edinburgh.

"Disturbed night, poor food"

We were unfortunate to have noisy guests in the room above us. Someone was crashing around. We hoped this would stop but at 1.40am I could take it no more and decided to go to Reception to complain. I am a wheelchair user and had to get through 4 firedoors to reach Reception, quite a feat. In Reception I found quite a noisy group of people. The Reception staff were doing nothing about this. When I rang the bell they did come out. It turned out that the people making the noise were in the same group as those in Reception. I gave raised a formal complaint, but have had no feedback yet. The evening meal in Brewers Fayre was very poor and quite a few items on the menu were unavailable.

"Great hotel!"

Lovely hotel! Staff friendly, room super cosy and comfy and the hotel is in a great location. It's really easy to get about with the tram stop only a 5 minute walk away.

"Brilliant experience"

I spent a night in Premier Inn. It was comfortable, quiet, fantastic. I slept like a baby. I had everything I needed. The staff was nice, the room was clean and cozy. I loved every moment. I highly recommend it!

"Cheap"

Customer service was dreadful, hotel smelt so bad in rooms and restaurant. Kitchen closed whenever it suited with no notice.
