    "Lovely Room"
Clean room Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean with a strong shower head Parking facility was chargeable but responsibly priced. £4 per night
"Un aprobado muy justo, al menos, para ir en agosto"
The hotel is very dated and needs a facelift and some basic renovations. For example, the beds are very soft and show signs of wear. It was very hot and couldn't be regulated, and the bedding is very warm, even for very low temperatures, which wasn't the case when we were there. The Wi-Fi in the room also didn't work, which could easily be improved. It's far from the city center, but has very good public transport links. In August, all accommodation in Edinburgh is expensive, but it's clearly a lot of money for what's offered.
    "Good could be better"
Good price and friendly staff! The room was quiet clean.. a little bit of dust here and there but nothing too bad. The experience could be perfect if the mattress was not in so bad condition (could feel the springs on my body) and the shared parts of the hotel were renovated. The bad smell at first floor is too much!! Floor carpeting need to be renovated or cleaned.
"Poor by Premier Inn standards and at £276 per night dismal value"
Having arrived early (2:30 for a 3:00 check in) we went to reception to see if they had a bag drop, starting the conversation with the receptionist " I know we are early but" i didn't get the bag drop question out before I was told early check in was £15, we walked away and went to the bar where we were served by a very hard working and pleasant female bar tender. We had our drinks and returned to check in, where miss congeniality had not thawed on degree, we got to our room dropped our bags and went straight out to the event we were there to attend. On our return later that night we had a proper look at the £276 a night room ( inflated price due to the Edinburgh Fringe / tattoo and AC DC at Murrayfield) but none the less a £276 small cramp dark and very very noisy room, Room 4 is just across from reception and just outside the window is the air con unit to cool the beers for the bar, window closed even stuffier room, window open like sleeping in a badly maintained motorboat engine. Breakfast was good, well cooked and pleasant staff, on checkout we had found on hanger with the cross strut missing, exposing two rather sharp fixing pins, I took it to reception to report it for replacement and not to leave it for someone to cut themselves on, I started to explain to the same receptionist from the preceding day only to get the same attitude, I am sure she said I'd broken it but at this point I had already placed the hanger on reception desk, deposited my room card and turned to leave, hopefully never to return.
    "Lovely hotel with amazing staff"
Stayed with 2 children under 2 and have to say the whole stay was amazing. The staff are absolutely amazing - couldn’t do more to help, from reception to the restaurant. Room was very clean and spacious that comfortably fit 2 travel cots. 1000% recommend
