      "Comfortable and Central Location"
Excellent central location easy for all central activities. The hotel has no parking but it is possible to get close (George Street) with your bags and then find suitable parking, there a plenty of car parks a short walk away but they are not cheap.
      "Good location"
Great location but very expensive, bathroom vent was covered in thick dust and shower hose leaked all over bathroom when used, hardly any tea/sugar or milk in room and no coffee at all. Breakfast was good value and staff helpful.
      "Good location"
The room was clean and efficient. The hotel is within walking distance of all the sites. Even better the airlink bus drops you off quite close to the hotel. The shower could have been a little cleaner ans they only stock with one towel even with 2 guest on the reservations and the a/c did cut off in the middle of the night. Windows don’t open so you can’t rely on that to cool the room. It would have been nice to check in early and they even advertise you can do so for an extra fee. Which we would have happily paid for but the girl behind the desk didn’t seem like it was even a possibility. She did kindly check out bags for in the luggage room. Overall I would stay again.
"Two lovely ladies from London (Jackie&Karen)"
Positives: Staff - friendly, accommodating, willing to go the extra mile. A big shout out to all housekeeping staff - very friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much Helen, always cheerful and smiling despite the fact you were very busy you still found the time to engage with us and check if everything was OK. What a star Michael (Chef) our vegan sausages were on point and breakfast was our highlight. Well done to Rabia who was extremely hard working and sometimes appeared to be there 24/7 and always with a smile. Nice and quiet - great location for sightseeing, accessing transportation and the city centre, Disappointing that Premier Inn's definition of a twin room is a double and a smaller than a single sofa bed. Evening meals were basic but there are plenty of eateries nearby. Plumbing might need checking as there is a constant smell in the bathroom. Overall, even though basic the room and bathroom were very clean. We will definitely come and stay again.
      "Seriously disappointed and disgusted!"
Previous visit to this hotel was highly satisfactory. This visit APPALLING! Potential customers beware! • Lack of cleanliness - room and restaurant very dusty; dirty cutlery in bedroom, sticky tables in restaurant. • Inadequate supplies in room – only one small and one medium towel between 2 of us; supplies of milk and coffee insufficient; no air freshener in bathroom or cup for when cleaning teeth • No room service between days 1 and 2 – towels not changed as we requested and milk/coffee supplies not replenished. • Faulty shower, making it impossible to adjust temperature. • Restaurant service VERY slow – hot food was cold and unappetising on arrival. Problems exacerbated by staff shortage – only two staff, very pleasant and helpful but clearly insufficient to cope with the demands put on them.
