    Parking at Premier Inn Edinburgh City Centre (Waverley) hotel

    There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. However, limited pay and display on-street parking is available on George Street. There is parking available (£22 per 24 hours) at Apcoa Waverley Station Car Park (EH8 8BH) which is located at the rear of the station and is approximately a 10-minute walk away from our hotel. Please note that this route is quicker when walking through the station directly.

    "Great views, great location"
    Excellent location to the city and old town area. Close walk to Waverley station for the train as well as buses to the airport. Check in was easy, but there is a £15 extra charge to check in early. However, check-in was efficient and the staff is very friendly. You have to use your key card for the elevator as well as entering the building after hours so it is very secure. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and the hotel offers a restaurant as well. Room was large and comfortable, and offered an excellent view of the city and castle. Large bathtub with plenty of hot water and great water pressure, (only one bath towel )kettle provided in the room. Bed was firm and pillows were hard but sleep was OK. Hotel was very quiet. While room was clean, it could’ve used more attention to detail. Windows did not open, but there is a thermostat in the room. Thought it was a bit overpriced, but I would stay again.

    Our stay was fairly good overall, though it felt a bit understaffed, which made the service slower than expected. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was simple but nutritious. The location was very convenient, making it a practical choice for travelers.

    We spent 6 nights. The staff are awesome and accommodating. We had a broken mattress and we were immediately moved. Breakfast and dinner were great, tasty and good value. It was a great location, just a block away from Princes street, and close to so many attractions and amenities. I would stay here again.
    "Perfectly average"
    Room was usual premier inn fare but lovely view over the castle. Bathroom could do with a lick of paint as it’s peeling, the extractor fan didn’t work and the toilet seat was loose. Wouldn’t normally comment on these things but at £500 for three nights I’d expect these to be fine.

    Lovely location, great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. Enjoyed exploring the city from the central location of the hotel.
