There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at Waverley Station Car Park (Sat Nav: EH8 8BH) just a 2-minute walk from our hotel. Please remember to present your ticket to reception for your ticket to be validated with a 20% discount, £17 for 24 hours. There is a height restriction of 1.9m. Blue badge holders can park on street at the hotel free of charge. Alternative on street parking is also available and charges apply from 8:30am - 6:30pm Monday – Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm - 6:30pm.

"A Pleasant Stay"
Clean and quiet rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Check was slow due to a long queue. Lack of wall/door hooks in the bathroom.

Nice hotel, check in was fast and efficient. The breakfast is very good and reasonable. The room was clean, no fridge, bed was comfortable. Be careful of the tub/shower as the tub is very high to step in and out of. The shampoo soap dispenser in our shower did not work. The Hotel is just a short walk up a hill to reach the Royal Mile so location is great. Check out was efficient and they we I'll store you bags. The only thing we did not like is the homeless sleeping around the Hotel, which is why I don't give a 5 star.

Have used on a few occasions for business £256 was charged per night for 1 person 1 room ? absolutely rip off for what you get ? £256 per night room only ? no breakfast and no evening meal ? that's additional cost ? Unable to justify the cost even as a business
"Good location"
A good location for visiting the main sights of Edinburgh and the Edinburgh tattoo. Comfy beds and good sized quiet room. Very expensive however for a premier inn, they certainly know how to put the prices up during the fringe and tattoo.
"Wonderful"
Everything was amazing, especially Pash. Pash was very helpful and friendly towards us. The Room was amazing and we loved the Food! :)
