"Not the best Premier Inn I have stayed inn in"
Not one if the better Premier Inns. Great Location but the person in check inn was as if he couldn't be bothered. Rooms are not serviced unless you request it but how do you know to request it. Asked for clean towels did not arrive eventually got them at reception on the evening. Tea and coffee in room was scarce. Breakfast was good. Just not as good as other Premier Inns I have stayed in. Due to the location it is expensive and think you would get better value elsewhere.

"Sightseeing Trip"
Everything in the hotel was lovely. Room was quite big and very quiet at night. Really great location, very short walk to the sights, shops, tram, train. Lots of cafés, restaurants, pubs to choose from within a 5/10mins walk. Very clean city and

"Fantastic location for a short break in a wonderful city."
Fantastic location close to Waverley Rail station and ideally positioned between Princes Street and the Royal Mile. Very clean and tidy hotel and staff are warm and welcoming and so happy to offer advice regarding places to visit. Great value hotel for such a great location within a wonderful city.

"Molds in the bathroom"
I booked a room for 3 days and 2 nights, for which I paid approximately £322. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable condition of the room.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the bathroom was heavily affected by mold, including the tiles and ceiling. As we had a prior appointment, we reported the issue to the front desk afterward and requested a room change.
Although we were moved to another room, the bathroom there still had visible mold, albeit slightly less severe than the first one. Given that we were already exhausted from our flight, we decided not to request another transfer.
This situation is highly concerning, as mold poses serious health risks and reflects poor hygiene and maintenance standards. I was particularly disappointed to find that the mold could be easily removed, which suggests a lack of proper cleaning rather than a structural issue.
As frequent travelers who stay in hotels regularly, I can confidently say that this was the worst experience we have had.
In light of these circumstances, I kindly request appropriate compensation or a refund for the inconvenience and unsanitary conditions.

"50/50"
The location was good, I didn’t really have much involvement was the staff as it was self check in. The shower and beds were very good. And the bedroom was a nice size for a family. On the walk up to the hotel there were several tents on the opposite side of the road where homeless people were living, which did make me feel a bit anxious especially having a young child with me. On entering the hotel the furniture in the foyer was quite worn and could do with being recovered and updated. I always think first impressions are important and this could be a quick fix to make it a lot more welcoming
