"Not good..."
Tired old smelly room. Grim. Pervasive smell of cigarettes and vapes. Worn out bathroom. Worst Premier Inn I've stayed in.

"Avoid - Especially the restaurant! Shocking. Dont wait for staff to prompt car reg or you will get a parking fine"
We visited the hotel back in Feb 2026 for a family city break to Edinburgh. We arrived late in the evening after travelling from Liverpool with two kids in the dark so we checked in and went for food in the brewers fayre. WoW what a shocking experience!!!!
Not only was there only 2 draught pumps working the one they gave me was terrible, like it sat in the pipes for months. We order food and asked to bring kids foods out at the same time. They missed to the kids starters and the wife's whole meal which was the sharing platter. When it did eventually arrive they not didn't mention that they swapped out onion rings for tempura prawns!!! Imagine if you were allergic to fish or pregnant?! They also swapped out Sweet Chilli for sriracha which the wife nearly chocked on. With there response being, its not that hot!
They refunded the sharing platter and began to explain that they have just reopened so bit all over the place! I wouldn't be surprised if they had been shut down and just reopened.
To top of this weekend a few weeks later we got a parking ticket from the Horizon Parking. We completely missed the park signs to put reg in arriving late in the dark with two kids. It should be standard to be asked to put your reg in the hassle it causes but we didn't realise till we go a ticket a few weeks later. After ringing the hotel to explain what had happened the women was very rude and just deal with it.
Never again and wouldn't recommend, if you do i hope you see this and put your reg in as the staff wont prompt you. Eat elsewhere as its shocking. Good luck!

"Outstanding customer service and good humour"
As expected for a Premier Inn. What was really stand out was the service from the lovely Lee on reception. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and every request was treated with kindness and good humour. Switching us to an accessible room and personally changing the double to a twin was so kind and greatly appreciated. I can’t commend Lee highly enough for his excellent customer service and positive attitude - what a lovely chap!

"Great Staff and Good Sleep Quality"
My buddy and I had a wonderful three night stay at this hotel in February while visiting the Concorde Museum at East Fortune. Right from the start, Heather Brown at reception was the most friendly and compentent hotel staff person I have meet during my recent travels. She was excellent in handling our request for two rooms that were close to each other for my buddy and me. She also sorted for us extending our stay at the hotel without having to change rooms. The hotel is a bit remote, but this contributes to excellent sleep quality. Our rooms were clean, modern and quiet. This is a great place to stay with excellent and helpful staff.
