"A great place to stay if visiting Inverness or a great night's sleep before experiencing the nc500 after a long drive to"
Great stay at Premier Inn which is right next to North 500 motorhomes which we had booked to do the nc500 the following day, as we travelled 9 hours to Inverness a great night's sleep was very welcome before we picked up our motorhome to start our adventure. The hotel is also a leisurely 25 minute walk to Inverness Central, highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights over the weekend and having stayed at the Premier Inn Inverness West before we were a bit concerned after reading some recent reviews but have to stay we experienced no issues whatsoever during our stay, the staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful all our breakfasts & evening meals were good, as others have said the outside areas good do with a good tidy up and the hallway carpets replaced but overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, my experience at Premier Inn Inverness West was very disappointing. Cleanliness standards were well below expectations, with the room and shared areas not properly maintained. I also encountered unhelpful and unprofessional behavior from staff, including the manager (Wayne) and a team member (Megan). Rather than resolving concerns, their attitude made the stay more frustrating. I have stayed at many Premier Inns and usually find them reliable, but this location fell far short. I cannot recommend it based on my experience, and I would advise choosing another hotel in Inverness.
"Go elsewhere if you can"
Lovely location but room was very tired and bathroom urgently in need of a face-lift. Outside of window was falling to bits and both air vents were broken and blocked so led to a very uncomfortable nights sleep with no air on a warm humid night. Awoken both mornings by cleaning staff slamming doors of storage room right next to our room. Avoid restaurant as very overpriced for average at best food and not great service.

Overlooked by a pink castle, Inverness is a colourful place to visit at any time of year. Listen to the blues at Belladrum festival, visit the Urquhart Castle on the banks of Loch Ness and sail across the waters, or watch athletes toss the caber onto the green grass at the Highland Games. Come in the summer and the city is awash with colourful flowers too. Then come back to the hotel for tasty food at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
