"Premier with a very small 'p'"
On checking in, I went for the £26 meal deal, but his wasn't explained to me. I ended up paying £9.20 for a glass of wine because the deal only included house wine. The waitress did not explain this either. Dinner was average, and breakfast options were poor. This site is in need of an upgrade. The mattresses need to be replaced, social spaces are musty & bare, and the whole place needs an overhaul. For a Premier Inn that's on the main tourist trail, it is a poor advert for Premier Inn, and one I can't see Lenny Henry jumping through Hoops to stay in.

Couldn’t fault room at all ! Service not great, staff rude and uninterested poor quality of service. Shame as I always enjoyed my stays previously .

Free WiFi did not work which is unacceptable and is annoying. They are forcing me to upgrade it which is poor behaviour. 😡

Rooms had stains running down wall by bed, cooked breakfast was very poor with some items cold or burnt - sausage, eggs and beans cold and warmth of welcome non existent with poor communication - staff looked so unhappy
"My last stay"
This will be my last stay. Rooms need updated and there was a horrible smell in my bathroom and throughout the hotel. Leaves and dirt on carpet restraunt and bar now appears to be shut for most of the day. I was informed you could only use the restraunt if you book it at the time of booking your hotel room .. as someone who had booked 3 months in advance I was unaware of this and this left me without anywhere to eat due to my plans changing . Bar staff very good however it feels like hotel is run with the bare minimum of facilities and staff which is a shame as location is good

You're close to Nessie's world-famous home, the Caledonian Canal, incredible scenery and world-class tourist attractions. Overlooked by a pink castle, Inverness is a colourful place to visit at any time of year. Listen to the blues at Belladrum festival, visit the Urquhart Castle on the banks of Loch Ness and sail across the waters, or watch athletes toss the caber onto the green grass at the Highland Games. Come in the summer and the city is awash with colourful flowers too. Then come back to the hotel for tasty food at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
