"Hotel is fine, If you get an invoice for a parking violation, appeal it."
My wife and I were visiting Inverness on a vacation in May for three days. We loved the city, but the hotel was just okay, which we expected when booking. It's nothing above a two to three start hotel. However, our bigger issue was when we returned home and started getting notices from the rental car company (Europcar, which I highly recommend) that we needed to pay a £50 fine for parking in the hotel's parking lot. There was no alternative parking since the lot literally circumferences the hotel all the way to the windows of the first-floor rooms. You can see this in the photo here of the hotel. After checking the Premier Inn website and my paid invoice, parking was free. This left a bad taste of our experience that the parking company and the hotel were collaborating to get extra money after we left. I've appealed the charges and hope no other guests experience this issue.

"Appalling stay in Inverness premier"
Reception was the chef
Bed appeared to have been made up by children after a pillow fight
Hole in the sheet
Black mould in the shower
Tea/coffee not stocked up
Bar/dining area strewn with glasses and used plates
One person serving taking orders consequently a long queue.

"Not the usual Premier Inn standard"
Room had clean bedding and towels but wasn't hoovered or dusted. Dirty marks on the tiles in the bathroom.
Disorganised at breakfast except for one male staff member who seemed to be trying to do everything. He was brilliant. Parking was easy with plenty spaces and good location.

"Avoid avoid avoid"
An utter tip. Room not cleaned properly. Certainly wan`t hoovered. Bed decent. Bathroom passable. Corridors manky. Clear shortage of vaccuum cleaners. Staff: couple were OK the rest were not not interested. Given one towel between 2. Asked for more on our way out to be sent and got back at 11pm and no towels? Had to go back to reception. Got mugged for £6 at the vending machine that the hotel has no resposisibility for. £10 a taxi into city. £100 a night fot a hovel. Best avoided.

"Never again"
Arrival was welcoming and the room was adequate and clean. The problems arrived with trying to get breakfast the next morning - there seemed to be one very grumpy member of staff available who was getting asked for everything from pastries, tea, milk, cups, plates, bowls etc etc. I had a choice
Of some fruit and toast as my continental breakfast. All of the tables had been vacated and not cleared. The whole
Experience was awful.
