      "Poor experience."
      Incredibly warm room 27-29oC all night with no air con, hairs in the bath on arrival, small pile of dust behind bathroom door and travel cot really not up to standard.
      "Budget Hotel for Stay"
      As per our tour we have been provided this stay. It was fine and as per expectations. This property is a bit far from the city center. However it has an on premises restaurant and bar. Service and cleanliness wise it was fine. Rooms were ok, however it requires some maintenance. Service was quick during breakfast.
      "Dirty and expensive"
      I’ve just stayed at this Premier Inn for two nights, as a solo traveller (I’ve just seen other reviewers commenting on cleanliness). My original room had not been hoovered with bits of plastic and things on the floor and was stifling. The bathroom stunk (other reviewers suggest the shower curtain) but when I went to use the toilet, I had the marks of someone else left… and dark short hairs in the sink. Layers of dust everywhere too once I started looking in the room. I asked to move and was given another room, stained / marked pillow case (just me so I used the other one) and hairs on the shower wall… but better than the first. At £400 for two nights it was expensive and dirty rooms are not ok. The public areas (corridors etc) are also dirty. Shona on reception was welcoming, but it was really unpleasant. Having stayed in many PIs over the years, I’ve never had one this expensive and unpleasant!
      "Not usual clean standard of Premier Inn - AVOID"
      For £200 a night, you would expect a hotel to be clean..not the case! This place was filthy, from bedroom to hallways and stairways. Bedroom carpet had never been hoovered, thick layer of dust in corners and edges, skirting boards had thick layer of dirt all round. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. Previous guest had left their faeces.in the toilet so this had never even been looked at by housekeeping!! All corridors and stairwells were absolutely filthy also, with thick layers of dirt and dust everywhere - avoid at all costs!!
      "Filthy dirty hotel - Avoid"
      When paying almost £200 a night for a hotel room, you would expect it to be clean. This is not the case at the Premier Inn East Inverness. The place is absolutely filthy dirty. Our bedroom carpet had never been hovered, there was dust in corners, cobwebs hanging from ceiling and a thick layer of dirt on all skirting boards. The metal grid on floor fan was absolutely covered in dust. The toilet had leftovers from previous guests 🤢 The corridors and stairwell were the same, skirting boards filthy with dirt, carpet edges and corners visibly white with dust and the carpet was never hoovered during our stay. Overpriced and needs serious improvement by housekeeping
