"Untidy room for £200 per night."
Had to verify identification before being allowed to check in. After accessing the room, realised the bed hadn't been made and the couch bed had some disturbing stains. Net curtain had been tied up. The room looked like it had been only partially cleaned and made ready. Now, I know this is a Premiere Inn and not supposed to be a star, but for £200 for 1 night stay, you shouldn't have to make your own bed.

"Dirty hotel"
This hotel is in need of a really really good clean. From the hallway to the room, it's clear no vacuuming has been done in a while, there were huge cobwebs above our telly in the room, things are generally dusty and just a bit grimy. My bedding had black stains on it, looked like mascara possibly. Plates at breakfast were dirty too.
It's such a shame as the staff were all lovely. But whoever is in charge of house keeping isn't up to the job.

Me and my family went to Inverness east for the weekend (Friday to Monday) to go sight seeing so thankfully we weren’t in the room as much but we went to put our bag in on Friday and there was a pair of slippers underneath one of the beds twigs lying on the floor and mold on the ceiling and when we asked for our room to be cleaned during the day no one bothered to come up to clean we had to use plastic bags from the shop because our bin was full and we also had to go back to the front desk because Ther was no toilet roll one of the most disgusting hotel rooms I’ve ever been in definitely won’t be going back

I chose this hotel as it was close, and central to shops and easy access to public transport for the town centre. It was also nearby Culloden which was a short journey.

Had a brilliant stay here. Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff and free car parking. Breakfast is in a separate building next door but was well worth paying the extra for.
