"Room dirty and bathroom in disgusting state."
My cousin and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. We had 2 rooms one of which was an accessible room. Neither of the rooms were clean. The room I was in was very dusty, and the fridge was dirty I mentioned this to the duty manager who came and cleaned my room.
My cousins room was very dirty, the bathroom was disgusting. There was urine down the front of the toilet, the shower seat was stained with urine. The floor under the shower had urine stains on it, between the toilet seat and Lisa’s filthy. The grab rails were all dirty. The fridge was dirty, there was a dead spider on the net curtain. This was a premier plus room there was no iron or ironing board. The wardrobe floor was so dusty your clothes would have been filthy if they had been hung up. But this wasn’t possible because there were no coat hangers. We mentioned this to the duty manager and asked for the room to be cleaned. She said this was not possible as they couldn’t clean the whole room.
Very dissatisfied indeed

"Great location - just outside the centre"
Stayed for two nights at the end of April 2026 (£334 room only + £28 parking for the duration).
Pretty good Premier Inn experience, great team - especially the young lass behind the bar who gave us some advice on where to go on the next leg of our tour round Scotland.
The room was clean, stocked to expectations and somewhat of a view over the river. A fair size as well. The location is very good. On a little one way side street that looks like its been recently updated.
One slight issue, one of the lifts makes a hell of a noise when it sets off - as we were in room 401 (pretty much next to the machinery) - we heard it a bit at night.
Inverness itself has a fair bit going on - we walked over the bridge to a local cafe for breakfast, took 10 minutes if that. A few pubs and shops are very close by. The castle and museum is worth a visit as well.
Overall, a good Premier Inn - recommended if you want to wander round the city.

"Great stay 😍"
Fantastic location, friendly and hospitable staff and a great breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we slept well for all 3 days that we were there. On checkin, we were informed about one of the boilers not working but we never faced any issues while bathing, maybe the water at washbasin was at best a bit tepid, but we were ok with that. Overall had a lovely stay.

"Central Waterfront Location."
First time staying at this riverside location, and got a cheery welcome from a very personable young man, who checked us in.
By happy accident got an accessible room, which seemed to be bigger than the norm, with a huge bed, and large open plan shower-room - all clean & tidy!
It also appeared to be located at the rear of the property, and looked out onto the back of buildings, and was incredibly quiet, despite being so near the centre.
Unfortunately, all the inn parking spaces were gone, so moved the car between nearby paying car parks - but it was
do-able.
The only negative was a food-encrusted remote control for the TV - but other than that would quite happily stay here again, as it was a quick & scenic stroll into the city centre.

"Great location, as you'd expect for Premier Inn"
We stayed here for 1 night, there was no staff around when we walked in the door. We checked in on the self service kiosks which were easy enough to use. I would like to have the option to fill out my partners details at the time of booking though please. We got our keys, headed to the room. The room was clean & tidy and looked ok. The bed was comfortable no issues there, there was an openable window too. Although it can get noisy with traffic & seagulls. The air conditioning unit didn't work in the room, but this seems to be a problem in a lot of premier inns we've stayed in, in the last 12 months. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city centre, 15 minutes walk to the train station. There's a supermarket behind for essentials. We were lucky to have a room that faced Inverness Castle, when it's lit up at night it's spectacular. The only disappointment was not seeing any staff, perhaps this is the future now.
