"Good but with some problems."

City centre hotel. Typical Premier Inn. However overpriced in comparison to others, this probably down to the fact it is central and it was the height of the tourist season. Biggest fault the dining room for breakfast was understaffed, the hot food was not replenished quickly, plates not available etc. This could have been solved with more staff and more than one breakfast cook. Poor management to blame.

"Great place to stay!"

Super cozy hotel with great rooms and bathroom! Me and my sister absolutely loved it. It’s in a great spot to many things in town-a short walk across the street from many restaurants and stores. The rooms were comfy and very spacious. Also really liked the check in kiosk in the front, very easy to use!

The hotel is in a perfect location to walk around Inverness and to get public transport. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The only issue was our sink did not drain well. Otherwise would recommend

"Lovely location Premier Inn overlooking the river Ness."

Great location overlooking the river Ness. Very friendly staff and clean room, with great amenities. Breakfast was tasty and dinner was good value for money with lots of choice. The hotel was quiet and our Premier Plus room was extremely comfortable.

"Premier Inn Aviemore and Inverness"

Very bad bathroom which was meant for specially abled guests. We faced the same problem in Premier inn at Aviemore and had expressed our unhappiness to our booking party hotels.com inspite if that they gave us similar room in Inverness. There was also a dead bird lying outside our hotel window which was a terrible site and also very unhealthy. The hotel staff clearly informed us that if we booked with them directly the service would have been better. Wonder how they can make such comments. I strongly recommend that we are adequately compensated and hope that Premier inn is taking better care of its guests. Thank you for listening best regards Ashok Vaid and Rita Vaid
