"Central Waterfront Location."
First time staying at this riverside location, and got a cheery welcome from a very personable young man, who checked us in.
By happy accident got an accessible room, which seemed to be bigger than the norm, with a huge bed, and large open plan shower-room - all clean & tidy!
It also appeared to be located at the rear of the property, and looked out onto the back of buildings, and was incredibly quiet, despite being so near the centre.
Unfortunately, all the inn parking spaces were gone, so moved the car between nearby paying car parks - but it was
do-able.
The only negative was a food-encrusted remote control for the TV - but other than that would quite happily stay here again, as it was a quick & scenic stroll into the city centre.

"Great location, as you'd expect for Premier Inn"
We stayed here for 1 night, there was no staff around when we walked in the door. We checked in on the self service kiosks which were easy enough to use. I would like to have the option to fill out my partners details at the time of booking though please. We got our keys, headed to the room. The room was clean & tidy and looked ok. The bed was comfortable no issues there, there was an openable window too. Although it can get noisy with traffic & seagulls. The air conditioning unit didn't work in the room, but this seems to be a problem in a lot of premier inns we've stayed in, in the last 12 months. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city centre, 15 minutes walk to the train station. There's a supermarket behind for essentials. We were lucky to have a room that faced Inverness Castle, when it's lit up at night it's spectacular. The only disappointment was not seeing any staff, perhaps this is the future now.

Fab location on the river in the centre of town only a short distance from the train station.
Staff all great especially Paul who could not do enough to assist us. In fact Paul seemed to be the font of all knowledge for the town.
Smart clean Premier Inn 100% better than the Edinburgh and York ones.

"Won’t be staying there again, room was dirty and staff unwilling to help."
Unclean room, unhelpful staff, hair and mould in bathroom, other guests dirty socks found in the bed, unclean and dirty bedding. 3 pillows between 3 people. 2 towels between 3 people, refused to offer more or offer another room.

Good location . And lovely staff. Food was great especially if you take the meal deal . But book a table .
Rooms - we had a premier plus room which was spacious as there for 4 days but …..come on Premier Inns the hotel is tired very tired …If Lenny Hendry saw the flat as a pancake pillows he would not have jumped on the bed ! !!!
On the plus side of the room we had a view of the river and a fridge .
Price was reasonable for the room but book breakfast with meal deal you won’t be disappointed
