"Not worth it"
This premier inn is in desperate need of a refurb. Tired and scruffy. Bedroom small and not up to scratch. Paint peeling and badly recovered. Toilet seat coming off loo and incorrect size. TV remote broken. No hooks anywhere. Lino in bathroom coming up. I stay at a lot of premier inns and this was the worst I've experienced. We paid over £400 for two nights and it was certainly not worth it.
"Hotel expensive but fine, restaurant a different story ...."
Hotel was fine. Expensive but what we expected from a Premier Inn room. The woman on reception (Florence?) was superb. She worked so hard trying to deal with so many queries and complaints. The restaurant was another story. Only open to hotel guests, not enough staff, chaotic, terrible food. Perhaps we ere there at a bad time but it was the worst experience we've had in a Premier Inn restaurant (breakfast and dinner).
"Bad experience at high costs"
The Hotel needs an update urgently. Lousy beds, No Hooks to hang stuff. Broken furture. Bad waterpressure. For the high price there should be better quality and service
"Smelly bed, toilet not flushed, strange smell at the reception and in the room"
Worst night I've ever had!! The room was dirty - pubic hair, toilet not flushed (number 2...).. really something I did not want to see, the bed was extremelly smelly (it smelt like sweat!! - the room was either not cleaned or it is used for staff! (same small as at reception - not the rest of the hotel!!)
"Terrible place dont go"
This place is terrible, the toilet smelled terrific and the rooms were disgusting the smell came from the bathroom and it wouldn't even flush the staff were terrible they were rude and obnoxious and the price for adult is outrageous it should be around 5£ not bloody 11 it expensive and the food is terrible, the staff kept shouting and kicking us out cause we wanted a better price the sink has mold the beds were dirty this places is a nightmare my family got sick and two of them kept vomiting this place is poop.
