"Not a good experience at all"
PLEASE AVOID PREMIUM INN FORT WILLIAMS.
First of all ,the person at the reception behaved as if he was forced to sit there. Extremely non cooperative!
No cooling system in the room, extremely hot rooms where a fan was kept serving as white noise only.
No exhaust system in the toilets ! Imagine all the steam collecting in the toilet !
Please go somewhere else this place is not worth spending your money on.

"Go somewhere else"
Before arrival told dinner cancelled (not surprised because that’s the second time they have done this in as many visits)… beware closest “restaurant” is an inconvenient walk away… the area surrounding the hotel isn’t in great shape… On arrival I thought the hotel had been abandoned… looks like a condemned building outside with the lack of maintenance, weeds etc. check in very slow - (1 person working for the entire hotel who desperately needs training), rooms not cleaned properly, aircon only on certain rooms if you pay more, breakfast understaffed… this hotel should be closed down and Premier Inn Fort William should be reconsidered as a whole!

"Shabby"
Exterior is very shabby. Looks like it could do with a complete refurb and overgrown with weeds.
Interior is ok, but needs more attention to detail in the cleaning. Bits all over the corridor carpets. Bathroom floor had odd white flakes all over - oherwise clean though.
Staff pleasant.

"Avoid Premier Inn Fort William"
We have stayed in several Premier Inns over the years, trusting their original promise that if you didn’t have a good night’s sleep they would refund your money. Until now we had never had recourse to take up this offer. Sadly their Fort William hotel was worse than any other we have ever visited. Staff on check in (in an extremely small and unwelcoming foyer) were unfriendly and not helpful. Our ‘Premier Plus’ room was adequate and the bathroom relatively clean. The bed was THE most uncomfortable we have ever encountered and we had two sleepless nights. Beds have been changed from Hypnos to something you wouldn’t ask your dog for sleep on. We paid nearly £500 for two nights in a rubbish hotel- the restaurant was closed and, although they gave us a list of local places to eat, it was pouring with rain and we had to drive to get to one. We had to ask at reception for our room to be cleaned but we got back at 4.30pm and it was only half done.

"Not the best"
Not the best
The premier inn is located next to a McDonalds and a Morrisons supermarket. Access to the main high street is through the supermarket car park and through an underpass.
The hotel outside does not give a good first impression. It's really run down looking and needs tlc. Weeds everywhere and grass overgrown.
We paid for breakfast which was a disappointment. I comparing this to having stayed in another Premier Inn in Scotland this week.
The restaurant was dirty, run down and there only appeared to be 2 staff. The tables were unclean and had not been cleared of dirty plates. Most of the continental buffet had ran out and I asked twice if items were being replaced. Eg) bread , pancakes, yoghurt and the cereals. I had to ask again for a spoon and a bowl as they had also ran out. No coffee cups and the coffee machines were out of order.
The hotel room itself was fine. Overlooked an access road, but this was quiet in the night time. Generally quiet and the beds were comfy.
Compared to other premier inns this was a little bit of a disappointment and we were ready to leave.
