"Still Not Improved"
Unless you really have to use this PI location, pass on by and seek alternative accommodation. Stayed here a year ago and thought(wrongly) that it will have improved but unfortunately not.
Room stank of stale sweat đ¤˘and windows would not open. Air conditioning was non existent and the shower really needed a clean.

"Good bit bathrooms need more thorough cleaning please"
Very convenient location. Very comfy beds. Room was quiet. Family room had enough space didnât feel cramped.
A pricier premier inn but it is peak season and aviemore accomm is generally more expensive.
Ate in restaurant waitress was kind and efficient. Food good value and tasty.
Breakfast was good. Went early seemed quite hectic later on.
Only criticism would be better cleaning of rooms needed. Pink mould round bath taps and corners suggests not thoroughly cleaned. Skirting boards very dusty. Corners of bathrooms dusty and not very clean. This would put me off staying again as I paid almost ÂŁ150 for the room and cleanliness is something I value highest when staying on a hotel. If this is sorted I would stay here every time I visit with my family as itâs perfect otherwise.
Staff seemed run off their feet. Iâd suggest they need more staff.

"Great Stay and Great Staff"
This is the first time weâve stayed at the Aviemore Premier Inn and we would definitely return. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming and were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was good, the meal deal is great value especially for two kids under 10. The location was quiet, a short walk from the town centre but a great base for exploring the immediate and wider areas. Free parking is an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it by an extra night. Weâll definitely return.

"Really poor experience"
Our stay was part of a prepaid group booking that had been paid for in full by a third party. While everyone else checked in without issue, I was incorrectly told that my room had not been paid for.
I explained that I was part of the group booking and emailed my booking confirmation and prepaid voucher showing my name, but I was still told there was no payment. After spending over an hour trying to resolve the issue, I had no choice but to pay ÂŁ145 on my personal credit card so I could check in.
The following morning, it became clear that I had been checked into another guest's booking with a similar surname, while my own prepaid room had been available all along. As a result, my accommodation was effectively paid for twice.
The member of staff I spoke to the next morning was very helpful in identifying the mistake. However, despite raising the issue in person, emailing immediately after my stay, and sending three follow-up emails over the past week, I have still received no response or refund.
Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication afterwards has been extremely disappointing.
