    "Not a good experience"
    Room not clean, stained toilet, stained sheet, foam earplug on chair. Food not nice, room too hot and windows are locked

    Lovely big, bright, clean rooms. Lift access to all floors. Just off the main road with easy access to the town. I plan on booking again for November.

    Premier inn is such a disappointment these days. We have been so loyal to their brand since 1996 but the way things are going our friendship is really being put to the test. I am in a wheelchair so we seek them out for their sameness, basically they all used to be the same so you knew what to expect…..certainly not luxury but almost always clean. They rave about their comfy beds and they ask if you want to buy their pillows for your own bed……but help my God why can they not get sheets to fit their ridiculously huge mattress? I do not sleep comfortably when all the bottom sheet is ruffled all over the place because it simply does not fit at all. Get your act together P.Inn. And while you are there can you make it easier for a disabled person to have a shower. The Restaurant is a joke. You do not get the menu that is on the website. If you look up the meaning of restaurant in the English dictionery it says a place where food is cooked and served…….not just re-heated in a microwave.

    Popped in for breakfast with family . Value for money was outstanding and the quality, selection and service was excellent. The manager on duty was welcoming and helpful whilst dealing with some technical issues , he still managed to make us feel attended to. The breakfast deal , £10.99 for adults , as much as we wanted of cooked or continental with tea , coffee, juice , my grandson ate for free. He absolutely loved the sausages and ate loads ! Great value for money and will be going back ASAP .

    Spent a night at the Premier Inn Aviemore and was very happy with the room cleanliness and comfort. The Breakfast very good with a good selection on offer. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Special mention to Kallum for his excellent service during breakfast.
