    "Not so good"
    The accomodations is modern and spacious. On the other hand, It was too expensive for the facilities that it has and the wifi is terrible to work. Also it is needed to pay for leaving the luggage before check in.
    "Excellent customer service"
    What an excellent reception from Mark, on Thursday 14 Aug, 4pm,at the Premier Inn. We were charging at the 50kW Genie chargers and popped in to see if we could obtain a cuppa. He went above and beyond to help us. This is the good service we have grown to see from many Premier Inns we have stayed at over the last 10 years.
    "Great location but food let's it down"
    Great location, easy to park (just remember to register your plate so you don't get a ticket) Rooms were spacious, even with a family of 5. Beds were comfortable, but it did get warm at night and Aircon only went as low as 19 which wasn't great. They also put a cot in but no actual cover etc for it so we had to kinda fashion a cover for it from the other beds. Shower was really good and massive bath which the kids loved. Short walk away from the main town part of Aviemore, and a short drive to both Landmark Adventure park and The Highland Wildlife park. Staff were really good; it's clear more staff are needed though as they were really run off their feet during busier times. The breakfast was good, just your standard hotel breakfast with ok coffee etc. The evening meals however weren't great and didn't really seem worth the money. I definitely wouldn't book the evening meals deal next time round as there are plenty of other places to eat in Aviemore that get much better reviews. I would stay again for the location and room size but would leave out getting an evening meal.
    "Black mold in shower, unclean toilet, bad breakfast"
    Black mold in the shower. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. There was only 1 towel provided for our double room. The breakfast was the worst we had on our 3 week trip around Scotland. If anyone remembers Travelodge’s decline from being a “safe and reliable” hotel chain in the 90s to the cost-cutting mess it became in the 00s, this premier inn felt like that. Which is ironic, because premier inn original became successful because they were more reliable than travelodge. A single hotel like this is poison for the brand. Consistency is the main selling point.

    Close to local pubs and town centre, all within a 15 mins walk convenient for eating out at night. Quiet at night, mattress too soft and found it difficult to sleep. Overall good premier inn. Don’t go to the Old Bridge Inn too expensive with limited menu choices price for an 8oz steak £42 ?? Not worth a visit. Better pubs in the local town.
